Location- Dubai DMCC, JLT Job Description • Taking care of effective planning, schedule with applicable terms and appropriate mode of transport of all Import, Export shipments. • Processing and examine required shipping documents as per rules and regularization. • Sending the shipping related documents to the customers. • Follow up with India office and freight forwarder for Import/Export shipments and must know the status of all shipments to make distribution strategy for GCC region. • Sourcing/Procurement of materials from local/international market. Maintaining the Inward-Outward reports of material. • Preparation of PO & sending it to the supplier. • Co-ordination with accounting firm for day to day accounting and banking related transactions. • Taking care of day to day office administration.
Salary: AED 6,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Experience- 4-8 years in UAE • Other preference- Must have a valid UAE driving license • Preferred candidate- Must have Good knowledge of Import/Export, Logistics and Purchase • Must have chemical trading experience in logisitics Salary Range- 6,000 - 9,000 AED
