Requirements
Candidates should have a degree in an engineering related subject and should have a proven background in procurement with a minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position. Candidates should have experience to include waste water treatment plants, pumping stations, oil and gas facilities etc and should have experience of the UAE market

Senior Project Reporter - metro

My client is a leading joint venture organisation who are currenly working on the construction of a major section of the Riyadh Metro project in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to recruit and experienced senior project reporter for the following duties; - Lead the production and prepare of the monthly progress reports and dashboards (civil works, track works, MEP, transit system, ....) to be submitted to the Employer/Engineer in a professional manner and in coordination with JV partners. - Responsible for ensuring reports are analyzed and presented in such a way that they highlight key management issues and opportunities to execute the program efficiently. - Proactively propose appropriate KPI’s aligned to the respective project phase. - Gather the pertinent information and reports from the concerned stakeholders for their integration to the periodical reports - Prepare professional technical and non-technical PowerPoint presentations as required by the Consortium. - Assist in the preparation and production of the various plans to be submitted to the Consortium - Responsible for ensuring all Consortiums progress reports are properly written and consistent. - Meet all deadlines with regard to report submissions for both internal and external reporting. - Responsible for supporting effective communications across the PMO functions to ensure consistent reporting. - Responsible for the administration and enforcement of the reporting cycle for the consortium - Responsible for representing PMO reporting at Program/Project level. - Prepare minutes of meetings as deemed necessary. - Prepare any other documents as deemed to be necessary. - Provide all other duties deemed necessary for the effective operation of the PMO. - Expected to work flexibly and efficiently, to maintain the highest professional standa
Requirements
Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering or a related subject and should have a proven background as a project reporter or project controls working on major construction projects. Excellent report writing skills are required as is fluency in both written and spoken English
