EPC industry work experience preference with offshore projects. Commercial and contractual management experience are essential. Experiences in quantity surveying or Subcontract Management would be preferred.  
 Degree in Bachelors degree in a quantity surveying, construction, engineering, or the equivalent experience  
 Ability to accomplish established objectives within a diverse corporate environment.  QHSE focus with high ethic in code of conduct.  An effective problem solver as well as self-starter.  Knowledge in contracting strategies, contract management of EPC industries.  Well verse in written and verbal communication skills  Attention to detail and multi taking skills.  Excellent team player and ability to meet tight timelines.  Experience on offshore subcontracts, vessel chartering would be preferred. The below description is for the Associate Sub-con position.   Functions   Assisting the Subcontracts Manager, responsible for the performance and direction of all subcontracts commercial and administration work including:   Assisting Project Subcontract Manager or Senior team member to manage the Subcontract activities in the day to day subcontracts activities in the project and functionally to the Area Subcontract Manager-Asia or his designee.  Assisting in preparing tendering, and subcontracts administration to perform efficiently, effectively and in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, timelines and adhoc needs from the Project.  Provide input for Project Subcontract Plan, and responsible to maintain contract documentation, management.   To perform administration on assigned subcontracts from end to end (pre award to post award). Attention to details and multi-tasking are skills are essential.   To coordinate the subcontracts bid proposal process, collate of subcontracts document, following up and adhoc requirement.   Obtain appropriate approvals for various subcontracts document.   To coordinate meetings like clarifications, kick off, etc.   Raising PO and process invoices in ERP or the like system.   Perform day to day work to be completed with subcontract documentation that are in compliance to procedures with necessary approval documents and traceability as well as closing out all packages.   Following up on subcontract requirement for the assigned packages such as performance guarantees, insurances, warranties are being submitted in according to the subcontract on time.   To ass any dispute on claims with subcontractors in consultation with Project Subcontracts Manager.   Deliver reports required by Project and Function on time for the Subcontracts Manager.   Provide support to function on as need basis.

Key purpose Provide Guest Call Services to Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), based at their HQ on the Corniche, Abu Dhabi. ? Reason for role Serco have been mandated to provide a variety of services in relation to Guest Services and includes Reception, Conference Facility (17th Floor) Guest Call Services and Visitors Lounge.  Structure and reporting relationship Reporting to the Guest Services Supervisor and part of a team of 16 staff that will provide exceptional client service to ADIA, its visitors and callers.  Key accountabilities • Provide supervisory support to the telephone operator’s in the event of complaints from the caller. • Maintain and update the rosta schedule to ensure sufficient coverage during the working week as well as public holidays. • Providing training to new starters within the contract as well as updating the Site Operating Procedures. • Review the latest technology relating to telephone operator services and present to Line Manager with innovations and potential cost savings. • Ensuring the handover between shifts is carried out effectively and efficiently. • Greet all callers with the highest level of customer service skills.  Key accountabilities – Continued:- • Answer calls promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously direct calls/enquiries and relay messages. • Provide frontline customer service/call handling for all employees, and external callers • Be fully proficient in all operating systems including the telephone network system and the Visitor Management system (as required) • Ensure Guest Call Services area is clean and tidy at all times • Protect information assets and data including both electronic and paper based from all threats whether internal, external, deliberate or accidental 
Requirements
