HVAC Engineer (Hotel Project) – UAE Linum Consult’s client is an international engineering consultancy currently seeking an HVAC Engineer for a significant hotel construction project in Abu Dhabi. RESPONSIBILITIES • Reviewing and approving all HVAC Designs submitted by the contractors • Ensuring that all sub developer designs are in accordance with International codes, standards and specifications • Assisting in defining the process for execution of engineering activities related to all types of HVAC and MEP systems, and identifying the need for speciality assistance • Providing technical guidance to CAD designers/drafters, designers and engineers working on the same project • Providing regular reports on progress to the Head of Technical Engineering Services
Requirements
