As a Regional Marketing and Communication Manager, your role is to maximize brand exposure and build brand awareness and equity, in-store, ATL, BTL, and digitally. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability to reach the group's strategic objectives. You will be the Brand Guardian, responsible for developing all creative communication for all markets with in-house creative team and external agencies. Client Details Our client is one of the largest retailers in the MENA region, with almost 200 outlets across the Middle East. MARKETING / TRADEMARKETING * Define opportunities based on a strong understanding of brand DNA & market positioning conducting market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, competitive analysis. * Lead defining the Regional marketing calendar and product launches. * Provide clear sales analysis on a frequent basis for Management, local markets, and sales teams. * Set up and implement clear action plans and targets for strategic product launches in coordination with local markets and Buying & Merchandizing team. * Closely define, drive and monitor ROI of each marketing activation. * Ensure the full deployment of animation/launches in the countries across the region. * Develop Visual Merchandizing Manual, Planograms, and in-store communication tools. * Develop and/or forecast sales and communication support tools for our salesforce. COMMUNICATION * Participate, develop and follow up the media plan strategy. * Develop and adapt our communication as per our local and regional strategy. * Development of digital activities including display, search and social media in order to reach our target while still preserving our brand image. * Develop all assets in term of local support and production. * Build and follow COOP media plans with partners. Requirements

A recently acquired Marine / Boat building business based in Bahrain seeks a senior executive (effectively CEO but role title still to be determined) to run & restructure the business Client Details A recently acquired Bahrain-based recreational boat builder and distributor of marine products and accessories Description The Senior Executive will partner with new shareholders to restructure and turnaround the business with the immediate objective of returning the company to profitability, allowing it operate sustainability on a long-term basis. The Senior Executive will create shareholder value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy, and general management skills necessary to turnaround the Company. This will include development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company's vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, efficiency, profitability, and growth as an organization. The Senior Executive will work with shareholders to establish a new management team and lead them to: * assess the Company's as-is situation; * develop and, with support from the shareholders, implement an operational and financial turnaround plan; * develop, manufacture and sell world-class boats; * manage the marine product distribution operations; * act as the key face of the company; * develop new customers and channels to market; * manage existing customer and channel partner relationships; * develop strategic partnerships; and * ensure that overall revenue and profit targets are achieved. Requirements
For the Senior Executive position an undergraduate degree in business or engineering, (or a related field is ideal) as well as a minimum of (15) fifteen years of relevant (marine / boating) senior management position experience. Restructuring experience is a plus. Able to live and work in Bahrain
