The Role
Delivery and Collection Services • Provide safe and timely transportation of company machinery, products and tools from origin to destination in accordance with the legal requirements and company procedures • Conduct all load and unload activities and maintain load security in line with legal, company and manufacturer policies and guidelines • Comply with company policy regarding proof of delivery to customers (use of PDA where issued) Health and Safety • Carry out duties safely in accordance with all company and legal requirements • Ensure that the company vehicles is driven with due care and attention, ensuring the safety, comfort and welfare of any passengers and the general public • Inspect vehicles for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after trips and submit a written report on the condition of the vehicle at the end of each trip or tour of duty • Ensure that defensive driving is practiced throughout every journey, being aware of potential hazards and how to avoid them, complying with company procedures when parking or handing over vehicles • Report any incident that involves injury, damage to any passenger, pedestrian or third-party property immediately, in line with company procedures • Handle any emergency which may arise, including following procedures in the event of a vehicle fire • Ensure that all personal protective equipment (PPE) used is in good order and is used as instructed Other • Provide a professional representation of the company and the driving industry through responsible driving and appearance • Ensure that the company vehicle provided is presented in a clean and tidy manner • Refuelling vehicles as required • Complete all necessary paperwork such as movement sheets on time
Salary: KWD 140 to 250 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: + Transportation, Medical, Life and Air Ticket
Requirements
ESSENTIAL • Hold a current, clean and valid Kuwait licence driving licence • Successful track record of driving experience • Experience of commercial driving and skilled in manoeuvring vehicle at varying speeds in difficult situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather • Experience of working with a multi drop environment • Ability to handle receipts, read maps, road signs and maintain record of duty status • Must have working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems • Competent to undertake daily and weekly vehicle checks and carry out basic maintenance • Must be able to sit and remain alert while driving for a long period of time DESIRABLE • Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: • Physically fit • Pleasant, patient and helpful personality with an ability to communicate with a range of people both face to face and using a hand held radio • Flexible approach to working arrangements • Target driven - all drops, on time and safely

The Role
Purpose: * Assist Business Unit Head and Head G&C in coordinating, driving and directing effective compliance and operational risk management at the business unit level. * Implement controls within the business unit to meet all regulatory and internal requirements. Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, periodic monitoring activities and timely resolution of risk issues. Key Roles and Responsibilities * To be the source of reference within the business unit in facilitating and promoting the understanding of OR and compliance requirements. * Lead and support implementation of OR initiatives for the business unit. * Proactively communicate with the Business Unit Head and Head G&C on operational risk issues. Escalate significant events to Head /HEAD G&C/ Business Head as appropriate. * Coordinate and consolidate Operational risk and loss reporting of the unit for the reporting to the FORF, and Business Unit Head. Ensure data accuracy and completeness. * Design and implement control measures and monitoring plans for compliance and operational risk management. Ensure effectiveness of controls for compliance monitoring and risk management. * Undertake and/or coordinate periodic business monitoring (self-assessment) activities within the Business Unit and escalate findings and or breaches to Business Unit Head when they occur. * Ensure risks and issues identified are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner. * Assist Head G&C in the implementation of OR framework or other relevant OR initiatives. * Could act as the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer (UMLPO), or cooperate with the UMLPO to ensure appropriate internal controls and procedures for money laundering prevention are in place and functioning as intended. Where appropriate, assist in the investigation of financial crime risks. * Identify gaps and arrange training on compliance and OR for staff. Anti Money Laundering * Ensure compliance with the Group's standard and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and KYC. * Participate in and/or support the Bank's effort in combating money-laundering activities. * Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering and KYC in the day to day operations, which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, reporting suspicions, customer communication, implementing new requirements, updating and revising operating procedures, acquire relevant knowledge and training, provide support to superior and subordinates.
Requirements
* Cross team collaboration and leadership skills - proactive engagement with Business Unit Head and all responsible persons in the unit. * Effectiveness of the control and monitoring of Operational risk, compliance risk and money laundering prevention at the business unit level. * Satisfactory results on audit undertaken by Group Internal Audit, FSA, regulators and external auditors. * Timely communication of changes to the regulatory environment and internal Policies from Legal and Compliance and Operational Risk Management Group. * Timely reporting and escalation of all operational risk exposures. The Role
A large family group in UAE is looking for a Real Estate Manager to join their team. Position Overview: The Real Estate Manager will be the central point of control and management for the group Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Strategy • Manage / coordinate real estate professionals responsible for transacting and maintaining the company real estate portfolio. • Develop and manage collaborative relationships, to determine real estate requirements and provide information relative to market conditions, anticipated costs, transaction viability and expected timelines • Manage and share accountability for the corporate real estate budget with business owners • Develop strategies for the management of the financial impact of real estate to minimization real estate expenses and enhance the optimization of operating expenses vs. square feet of facilities occupied. • Implement and maintain occupancy monitoring • Maintain and improve real estate portfolio performance with respect to aligning real estate administration and property management with the portfolio strategy and space needs Corporate Real Estate Transaction Management • Responsible for all corporate real estate transactions • Manage the transaction process end-to-end, including strategy development, project planning, team assembly, overseeing market surveys and tours, coordinating site visits, alternative comparison, developing the negotiating strategy, leading negotiations, document review, approval preparation, signing, and close out reporting • Negotiate real estate legal agreements with assistance from real estate service providers, Legal Counsel, and Finance Managers Facilities Construction Management • Direct and manage total facilities management projects from conception to finished facility or structure, interfacing with internal stakeholders and external architects and construction professionals. • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures related to design approval and during the delivery process Corporate Real Estate Compliance and Approval Process Management • Create, update and control compliance with Company Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance • Ensure compliance with company real estate policies, applicable laws and regulations within the portfolio Corporate Lease Maintenance / Administration • Manage lease administration team • Resolve major occupancy issues with landlord • Review annual rent and operating expense adjustments for conformance with lease provisions • Portfolio maintenance and annual Real Estate reporting • Manage work activities and team responsible for real estate portfolio administration and database management • Identify opportunistic lease extensions, renewals, and terminations for review with Exec Mgmt. and Tenant • Provide guidance to lease administration team and support and drive the creation and implementation of global lease administration best practices and processes. • Drive resolution of significant abstraction issues portfolio wide.
Requirements
• Real estate management skills – involving transaction management and property management in a corporate environment (incl. valuation, markets, deal structuring, property management, lease administration) • Excellent negotiation skills – ability to incorporate key business terms in a lease • Strong people leadership and change management skills required • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related discipline required • 10 plus years of professional experience • Required Language Proficiency: English and Arabic
