The IT Projects Lead role will manage certain IT projects within the e-commerce, digital space. You will also be responsible for managing the various systems and applications within this global retail organization based in Dubai. This is a regional role where you will also be expected to provide technical and functional support to the business.  You must have some form of project management experience along with strong communication skills as you will need to interact with senior leadership. FMCG or Retail experience will be an advantage.  International candidates will be considered for this role and are strongly encouraged to apply - relocation allowance will be provided.  Responsibilities: * End to end ownership of all front office systems in the organization for the Middle East * Responsible for independently managing various projects, including but not limited to network upgrades, supply chain, e-commerce and digital * Responsible for providing L2 support on all front office applications on the network * Coordinate L3 support with the HQ IT team * Publish user guides for the usage of the system and also provide regular training on the existing and new functionality of these systems * Continually seek opportunities to increase user satisfaction and deepen relationships with the users of the systems 
Requirements 
* Minimum 4+ years of experience * FMCG/Retail experience * Qualification in Computer Science or Engineering * Project Management experience and methodologies * Fluency in English * Ability to travel across the GCC * Solid experience and advanced level of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) * Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person) * Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, multitask and prioritize work * The ability to take initiative * Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems * Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership

Our client a leading player in the financial services sector is looking for an experienced strategic marketing professional, with current/recent B2B marketing experience gained in the Banking sector (pref corporate / business or investment banking).  Reporting into the global head of marketing strategy, you will play a key role in leading the marketing strategy for a key international business area within the bank. You will act as the relationship manager / key interface between the business and marketing and will need to ensure that the outcome of any marketing investment supports business goals.  Responsible for: - Supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the businesses - Understanding present and future customer needs and the identification, development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support increased revenue and customer value and satisfaction - Working closely with business and Marketing partners to develop integrated Marketing strategies to support revenue maximization for the strategic product area, in alignment with the broader Business strategy - Act as the subject matter expert on the business within the Marketing team, ensuring that the appropriate level of Marketing support is provided - Leading the delivery of the Marketing plans including leveraging the most appropriate resources to deliver Marketing activity using appropriate financial and non-financial metrics to assess Marketing performance - Working with the Customer Strategy and Insight team to provide insight and expertise that contributes to the strategic conversation to build client-centric solutions across the business 
Requirements 
- Solid current/recent senior level experience in a senior level strategic marketing capacity gained in Banking (business, corporate banking or investment banking) - Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing strategic marketing plans - International marketing experience covering Asia and the US markets is preferred - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship skills, with demonstrable experience of working closely with senior stakeholders / senior leaders within an organisation to advise them on marketing strategies - Experience in developing multi-channel campaign strategies - Proven understanding of customer insights and their role in marketing strategy development - Experience working in marketing in large, complex organisations  Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bahrain or already based in the region.
