First and foremost the role will require ideally an Arabic speaker who can travel overseas with the Chairman on business trips and support him during his overseas meetings when required. Our client is seeking a professional individual who has solid authoritative management skills and who can liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders on the day to day running of the Chairmans office. This is an integral role where you will support the key figurehead in his corporate office and throughout the group which has over 15 subsidiaries.

Responsibilities include managing all internal / external correspondence on behalf of the Chairman, overseas travel and organizing arrangements, attending and taking confidential and senior/board meeting minutes, preparing and providing valuable input with all executive reports and budgets, and liaising directly with senior management on a day-to-day basis assisting with the daily operations.
