MEP Coordinator

Client is a global facilities management provider and they are looking for an MEP Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare Monthly Report and PowerPoint Presentation
• Prepare Monthly KPI requirements
• Assist with CICPA Badge application processes
• Take, prepare and issue minutes for all meetings
• Monitor Daily Work orders
• Conduct training for the DSD staff on any PDA or FSI updates
• Resolve any PDA or FSI issues with assistance from CSC
• Conduct Building Inspections as per PPM schedules.
• Prepare PPM schedules for newly added assets.
• Prepare the monthly report for Fire related Work Orders and Fuel Consumption Analysis
• Prepare the yearly Condition Assessment report
• Assist in preparation of Contract Documents
• Assist MEP/Civil team on Site Operations
• Assist Procurement team
• Assume the duties of the HSE and CAFM staff whilst on leave.
• Assist with the Asset Capture and PPM scheduling during Transition Phase of any new site.
• Prepare project completion reports
• Other duties/reports as delegated by the management.
Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Ability to read & write Arabic fluently
• High level of knowledge in current computer software with essential knowledge Microsoft office and CAFM or similar facilities maintenance package.

A global leading Facilities Management provider is looking for an Assistant Facilites Manager to join their team in Dubai.

This Assistant Facilities Manager position will be require someone with a strong knowledge of the facilities industry.

The candidate will be regularly required to maintain and assess the clients MEP facilities.

The role will involve the supervision of all operational MEP equipment as well as preventative maintenance of the civil structure of the facility.

The successful candidate will highlight an ability to assess the clients company standards policy.

Regular facility safety checks will be performed by the management staff and must be vigilantly overseen and reported.

The role will include handling any customer complaints with regards to the facility and its maintenance and appearance.
Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. 
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years experience in the FM industry.
- Previous position of management within a company.
- Ability to lead facilities team to ensure all company standards are being met.

Key responsibilities include:

Support the Safety & Security Director with the design, implementation and ongoing management of physical security measures, processes and systems including:
- Office safety & security measures
- Travel security program
- Incident management
- Drive the implementation of safety & security initiatives and measures across our footprint in collaboration with country and city stakeholders
- Support the set up and running of the Safety & Security Operations team

Salary:
BHD 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration Preferred Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real-estate marketing
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a management role Job Specific Skills: • Extensive knowledge of marketing / communications business with media exposure • Ability to communicate marketing image to all stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to prioritize competing agendas
