Senior Operations Manager

• Manages the marketing and promotions of the brand to achieve sales and market share objectives through development and execution of annual marketing plan, alignment with Brand Marketing Manager and active programs at the restaurant level.  • Manages cost of marketing through alignment with Brand Marketing Manager.  • Ensures that execution of operations meets Franchise standards and customer expectations.  • Liaises with Franchiser representatives to maximise support and information flow about current and future development of the Brand.  • Ensures security of Company assets under direct and indirect management through effective controls and audits ensures accurate accounting of costs through compliance with procedures and follow up.  • Manages manpower needs and effective planning for quality, quantity and development of manpower.  • Projects an image of professionalism in all dealings with public and suppliers when representing the Company and the Brands.  • Recommends improvements and upgrades to property equipment and facilities to meet market needs to stay ahead of competitors while considering financial impact (short and long term) on the business (Annual Capital Expenditure Plan).  • Manages preparation of annual budget (business plan) to meet Company’s targets and ensures active participation in and ownership of results by Restaurant Managers /Restaurant General Manager.  • Directs Operations Manager/District Managers to achieve their results through their Restaurant Managers, directs Training Manager and training functions to ensures clean career path planning, effective training and development and high staff morale.  • Effectively communicates with Support Services Directors and Department Managers to achieve maximum results and cost effectiveness of their services.  • Directs to ensure optimum delivery sales and to research all to make corrective steps for leveraging sales.

QMS Group Leader - Major Operator   This QMS Group Leader will lead, advise and coordinate with Admin Areas for implementation of all quality assurance, compliance, safety, asset integrity, risk management, and customer satisfaction for a diverse services portfolio. For assigned Risk Professionals, a bachelor’s degree in risk management or a related discipline. • Twelve (12) years related experience is required.  Certification / License: Internal analytical skills certification, which may be waived with possession of an equivalent professional certification, a relevant graduate degree and/or significant demonstrable work record in the practice of planning & performance management.  Preferred Training: • Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance and Excel is required. • Demonstrated capability and track record in the practice of planning & performance management and in the use of business intelligence tools are required. • Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred. • For assigned Risk Professionals, demonstrable knowledge of leading risk management governance and control practices is required. Six (6) years of direct risk management-related experience is required. Possession of a relevant professional certification (e.g., IRM, GARP, PRIA) is preferred.
