Clean and troubleshoot and assembled 50 to 70 % of company active mold with minimum supervision. 
Responsible for daily repair or debugging of production molds, and ensure tool performance is sustainable. 
Provide tooling support / debugging on Quality Improvement Activities to sustain manufacturing need. 
Can Determine Best Methods / Procedures to determine probable root cause of mold / part defect as well as corrective and preventive actions. 
Ensure clear and concise data entries into mold maintenance according to PM schedule.

Demonstrate sound mechanical reasoning, knowledge of mold function and maintenance knowledge. 
Can measure and calculate basic (Static) tooling stack up. 
Has the Hand tools and operating skill for basic machine shop equipment EDM, Surface Grinder, milling or lathe, calipers and micrometer. 
Demonstrate ability to work methodically and meticulously during mold repair 
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
