Job Description / Responsibilities The Requirement is for candidates who are minimum graduates from reputed institutions and should have experience of 3-6 years in Oracle based ERP software implementations, development and client support on multicompany, multilocation platforms. Also, experience on ORION ERP is a requirement. The job involves managing on-going support requirements for any existing client queries. handling and completing new installations and implementations of ORION ERP software, which include business requirements analysis, mapping of the same in the ORION ERP application software, designing and development of any interfacing or customisation requirements, training and hand holding the clients users. The job also involves keeping abreast with the latest technology advances and working closely together and keeping the other departments well informed regarding latest releases and new product updates. Candidates should have a strong personality with leadership qualities and be capable of accepting challenges to meet the companys objective of offering a high level of quality service and technical support besides furthering the companys excellent relations with its clients. Skill Sets: Good understanding in - Oracle Forms - Oracle Reports - Oracle Discoverer - MS Visual Basic (preferred) - MS SQL (preferred)

This critical role will be responsible for representing KEO in communications with the client, site engineers and contractors on assigned project. Paramount to success within this varied role will include; • Spearheading LEED Certification during the construction stage. • Working directly on project deliverables including technical reports, project consultant team document reviews, on-site training, bi-weekly and monthly reports. • Ensuring existing quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols and document flow procedures are followed and successfully implemented. • Providing construction phase oversight, including but not limited to, ensuring the client's sustainability and LEED goals and objectives are properly executed onsite by phase team contractors, subcontractors, and LEED consultants. • Maintaining excellent working relationships with the client team, including all project phase Design Managers, Executive Architects, LEED Consultants and associated project consultants. • Managing and facilitating delivery efforts to client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction during and after the delivery of a scope of work and deliverables, making any requested alterations in an established timeframe.
Requirements
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years' experience in LEED certification for airport or building projects, partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Engineer or Architecture. LEED AP BD + C qualification and an experience in implementing LEED certification during construction stage, through final certification are required.
