Description
- Primary responsibility to interact with both internal and external customers prior to and/or after sale. You will develop and maintain positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint.
- Clients will be based in Turkey, so the majority of this role will be based in the Dubai office.

* Implement and maintain policies and procedures including a performance appraisal system and salary grading
* Member of the senior leadership team, drive changes and decisions

* Oversee KSA HR budget
* Lead recruitment cycle for employees at all levels and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies

Job Offer
