Applicants should be aged 25 to 30 years and be degree holders ( 4 years course including a 1 year internship ) in Optometry with 2 to 5 years post degree full time work experience in an Eye Hospital / Retail Optical showroom as a practicing optometrist. A 2 years old membership with the Indian Optometry Association or a similar body is a mandatory requirement. Additionally all work experience certificates should have the exact start and end dates with the name of the authorized signatory and the hospital / company rubber stamped endorsement. Good Personality, communication skills and high enthusiasm levels are important job attributes for these positions plus a valid passport.

The Role
The role of the IT Support Officer is to be a first point of contact for all IT related queries, requests and incidents across all averda sites globally and to escalate anything that cannot be resolved at first contact or subsequent diagnosis to the appropriate specialist teams across averda IT departments. In short, this role requires level 1 and level 2 technical expertise and can be based anywhere in averda globally. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Answer helpdesk calls, monitor IT mailboxes and provide Lync support for end user requirements. • Circulate helpdesk tickets to the appropriate IT teams when required in order to avoid delays. • Provide support by telephone, through a 3rd party or be on-site depending on ticket requirements. • Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues for PCs and MACs so end-users have minimal downtime. • Set up and configuration of laptops and desktops in order for new joiners to begin their duties. • Network and telephony support, in order for the business to function in chosen locations. • Installation of authorised software to laptops and desktops as per user line manager requirements. • Document solutions for the IT Support team and for the business end-users to have easy access. • Ensure a high level of customer service and support to all averda staff for end user satisfaction. • Support and assist IT colleagues in order to resolve issues for end-users quicker. • Train end-users, when possible, on the usage of any of the IT systems. • Assist the IT Administration department when requested by the team leader. • Assist the Systems and Network Architects on project work when requested by the team leader.
Requirements
• BSc in Computing related degree. • Microsoft Certified Professional or higher preferred. • Certification in ITIL a bonus (foundation level). • 3+ years of experience in a similar role a must. PERFORMANCE MEASURES/SUCCESS CRITERIA • All helpdesk phone calls answered within 2 minutes. • All e-mail or Lync support requests responded to within 30 minutes. • First time fixes of non-application issues at a 90% level with no escalation. • Resolution of tickets which do not require approvals or 3rd party involvement within 8 working hours. • At least 2 documented solutions or end-user guides per month. Due to the magnitude of the project we will be seeking a Void Specialist to be part of this iconic project for the Lusail Stadium. The Role
This role will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the A&P (advertising and promotion) spends executed by each Division Agency to ensure that A&P budgets are spent in the correct manner without going overboard on the budgets. This role should ensure through random audits on the correctness of the spent being done in the trade. This is an independent role that is critical to the smooth functioning and effectiveness of the operation which would impact the overall marketing spend execution agreed with the Agencies. The audit function pertains to the principal guidelines, i.e., product display, shelving, and spacing per approved spend and the planogram. • Collect category wise A&P Budget details for each agency with monthly calendarization before the start of each year from the trade Marketing Executives • Consolidate month wise A&P Budget at each division level for BAT, CA and MARS before the start of each year • Update the budget data on a daily basis based on the changes on the budget availability • Maintain supporting documents and approvals for all budget recorded as available • Track the A&P spend approvals against each budget item with details like agency, month, designated outlet, customer, period of spend etc. • Maintain systematic record of supporting documents for each and every A&P spend approved • Collect details of A&P spend against each item of A&P approved and verify the A&P spends are within the approved amount • Seek explanation for the variation in the actual spend with the TME and Sales Manager • Report the variance to the DM, FM and GM on a monthly basis • Approves spend against each approve annual / quarterly / monthly budget • Ensure no over spent and proper documentations are provided for each spent. • Conduct frequent market visit on a sample basis to ensure the A&P spend are executed as per the approvals • Report the variations on the execution to DM, FM and GM • Expiry items to be identified if they can be charged back to principal or ABA expense in alignment with Supply Chain (product samples) • Submit Weekly / Monthly reports of these random audits to Finance / GM
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Commerce or any similar field • 3-5 years of experience in business from a medium to large size and diverse organization • Experience in FMCG industry will be highly desirable • High level of analytical skills is mandatory for this job • Language and proficiency – Should be proficient in writing, reading and speaking in English, Arabic is an advantage • Computer proficiency level required – Expert level knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point. Proficiency in MS Access will be an advantage. • Driving skills - Valid GCC light vehicle driving license required
