Description
* Sharing insights - dependencies, program overlaps, early warning and escalations, to Internal teams and external committees
* Setting and maintaining governance standards
* Responsible for setting and enhancing the governance model, process and templates aligned to project delivery
* Managing Internal Audit requirements
* Managing communications from both Portfolio and project delivery perspective
* Maintaining and following RACI Roles and Responsibilities model
* Governance and assurance of Ops integration projects in delivery. This includes gate management, reporting (Progress, budget, Risk, benefits)
* Developing insights across the Portfolio
* Obtain a full understanding of the business drivers and objectives for each business unit, including expected volume growth targets and measures of success and determine the associated data integration impact based on the current state assessment
* Map the data domain to the associated business services and processes
* Direct the Data Integration compliance agenda to ensure execution against the target integration architecture
* Creation of Reports and Presentation providing insights in different meetings associated with integration
* Compiling and consolidating the status of various milestones in the integration program running across different business portfolios
* Account maintenance to manage the budget of Ops projects and vendor billing. Keeping track of project funds and assist decision on financing.
* Maintain the governance model for prompt monitoring and reporting progress of projects concerning Operations
* Prepare and deliver presentations to the management providing the insight to the projects as well as to drive the decisions
Job Offer
* Salary: AED 20,000- 26,000 monthly (Dependent on experience)
* 12 month extendable contract
* Medical insurance, annual leave, staff benefits and relocation assistance for candidates outside of UAE (flight from current country to Abu Dhabi and 4+ star hotel accommodation for 14 nights for self only)
