Job Description 

JOB SUMMARY 
 Position reports to the APAC Credit Manager. Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable for the APAC region. Customer orientation, attention to detail, accuracy, and a high degree of initiative are required. Assist Sales in making target revenue projections while minimizing the risk to the company. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collections: Overall Management of complete service billing AR. Handling standard collection procedures with customers through phone, mail, fax and email. Reduction of past due receivables. Management and resolution of customer disputes and queries. Weekly cash forecast on collection and report to management on AR status. Maintain the integrity of customer accounts on the Accounts Receivable Aging. Credit Analysis: Perform analysis of customer financial position and assess risk to Company. Review customer Balance sheet and P/L. Review bank and trade references to make a sound determination as to credit worthiness. Recommend credit limit and terms. Other Activity: Process alternatives to standard Credit terms such as Letters of Credit, Sight drafts and Guarantees. Maintain and improve effective follow up procedures and processes. Keeps working files in an orderly manner and accessible by others appropriate personnel. Ad hoc duties assigned by your manager.
