Your main role within this organisation is to deliver a leading and world class QHSE strategy from a corporate position to oversee all of the companys assets. You will manage each asset to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. You will have overall responsibility with regard to health, safety, quality and environment. You will also be responsible for ensuring that safe work practices are implemented / conducted in all areas of the business.
The successful candidate should have significant HSE experience totalling a minimum of 15 years with at least 5 years managing themed environments or entertainment venues. Due to the nature of this position, candidates should ideally be NEBOSH Certified.

Due to continued growth since incepting the GCC market in 2012, our client is looking to hire an Area Dealer Manager (Arabic speaking) to join their multicultural team. Operating globally with over 200,000 employees, they are the employer of choice in the automotive parts and tyres industry. Covering Egypt and the surrounding areas, it is imperative you speak fluent Arabic to be considered for this role.

You will partner with and support local dealers and distributors in the region to ultimately ensure increased and consistent profits. You will train and attend key meetings with third party clients as well as provide feedback on performance and statistics. In addition, you will form strategies of how to ensure consistent and increased sales.
The successful candidate should be a fluent Arabic speaker and have at least 4 years GCC experience within the automotive parts or tyre industry. You should also have experience in selling through channel dealers or partners as opposed to end users directly. Experience working within a multinational and multicultural business is imperative as well as the willingness to travel for up to 50% of your time.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Charterhouse is working with an Oil & Gas business who is looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a Gas facility in Qatar.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all preventative / corrective maintenance through Maximo as well as ensuring the safe execution of the HV electrical maintenance and switching activities. You will provide analysis, follow up on predictive data and identify engineered resolutions to recurring electrical issues. You will also provide technical support to the field regarding troubleshooting, inspection and repair of electrical assets, perform basic transformer oil analyses, identify tolerance conditions and develop, maintain and optimise the electrical equipment performance. In addition, you will participate in the development of annual maintenance schedules and budgets.
The successful candidate should be Degree educated in a relevant electrical engineering discipline and have worked in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years in an Oil & Gas process environment. You should be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative to discover faults in the plant. The client has stated that this role is an immediate start so it is essential you are able to mobilise within 30 days of receiving an offer.
