for a Head of Planning to work for a leading contractor based in Dubai.
Preference will be given to candidates with Commercial Build experience in the
GCC.
Requirements:
•Associate with planning managers /planners for creation of contract program for execution of project.
•Reviewing the site progress and report structures for submission to client
•Guide the planners to create the resource loaded program, progress S curves based on approved baseline program
•Interface/pivotal between client /consultant, contractors for successful execution of project
•Associate and assist the project engineering managers for setting the project engineering priorities
•Monitoring the engineering submittals to meet the project schedules
•Monitoring the project execution plan and the methodology originally planned versus actuals

* Minimum 15 years experience in the Middle East on Commercial/High Rise projects.

Director with previous airports experience to work in Doha, Qatar for a
Facilities Management company who have a major contract at Hamad International
Airport. The role will be to develop, maintain and improve both the
occupational H&S systems as well as the Q&E systems throughout the
facilities.
Essential Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience gained at a major airport
• HSE / Quality / NEBOSH certifications
• At least 15 years' HSEQ experience with direct experience gained at a Facilities Management company
• Deep technical knowledge across all aspects of HSEQ
• Excellent command of English
• Availability to start within four weeks

The role will provide legal advice on all aspects of their corporate activities; resolving legal disputes and supporting the leadership teams on labour and corporate law, as well as being actively involved with the commercial team in preparing tender documents and contracts, negotiating with potential partners/clients and carrying out due diligence.
