IT Infrastructure Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Infrastructure manager to join a leading UAE brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for all the company's IT systems , including hardware, software, and security systems, technical staff and work closely with senior management to propose improvements to the business infrastructure and report progress on various projects. The incumbent will be responsible for making sure that the company's infrastructure and associated systems run smoothly, perform within agreed targets, and provide a secure platform for the company's business operations.
The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the businesses support teams, help the senior leadership team with future budgeting and also dealing with stakeholders up to C level when needed.

You will be accountable for overseeing the Group’s infrastructure services. This is a distributed network across multiple offices. You will also maintain strict access control and security for all Networks at all times and ensuring effective back up procedures and policies are followed to avoid data loss whilst ensuring that the integrity of the network is not compromised from outside sources (eg. Viruses), by putting processes in place and monitoring these.
In addition, you will oversee the distribution and deployment of all new and upgraded applications and infrastructure across the networks as and when required to ensure that all employees as using updated application. If required, you will also travel to new locations to support the installation of new networks and set up the infrastructure for new outlets and offices as required.

Reporting to the Group Head of IT, the incumbent will be responsible for the Management of Servers, Storage and EUC (end user computing) as well as for taking full ownership for the 3rd line support team that delivers infrastructure services across the organization. You will take full ownership and provide end to end support of the security relating directly to the Servers, Storage and EUC Services as well as own the Cloud delivery performance. As well as balancing support, projects and small change work across the server, storage and EUC, the incumbent will be expected to provide support to the team and preform line management activities for his/hers team members and you will identify and implement service center and comparable charge-back systems to align technology benefits with delivered services to clients. You will be responsible for Vendor Selection & Management , Contract negotiations - Manage the selection of and oversee implementation by outsourced service providers and vendors as appropriate and you will define, implement and deliver IT service level agreements(SLA) with appropriate support/tracking systems. You will manage all service levels maintaining the Service Catalogue and reaching binding agreements for internal and external Service Performances along with the development, implementation and management of business aligned IT services and service level management.

In addition, you will identify, develop, implement and monitor agreed KPIs- Ensure the adequate provision of internal IT Services is secured via Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts (OLAs/ UCs). Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance. You will be responsible for availability management - sustaining the availability of the IT infrastructure in order to meet the agreed Service Levels defined in SLAs and capacity management - supporting the optimum and cost effective provision of IT Services by helping IT Organizations match their IT Resources (Software, Hardware, Human Resources) to the business needs. Estimations of future demand.

As owner of IT Service Continuity Management, you will defines and plan all measures and processes for unpredicted events of disaster and the regular analysis of vulnerabilities, threats and risks represents a basis for suitable precautions. You will provide functional, technical and process leadership and work collaboratively with onshore/offshore IT and business teams whilst maintaining relationships with technical teams, IT, and business partners communicating on major service outages/escalations. You will lead the strategic planning and technical oversight of the enterprise systems and IT infrastructure.
The successful candidate will have a Computer Science degree (BSc) or equivalent from a recognized institution along with Project Management and Service Delivery experience and a Project management certification . You will have experience of Systems Integrations Projects and a minimum of 7+ years' experience in a similar infrastructure manager role or equivalent.
You will have extensive demonstrable Infrastructure Maintenance experience along with a good knowledge of firewalls, routers, proxy servers, Windows servers etc with the relevant Cisco/Microsoft certifications. You will have an excellent knowledge of SQL, Citrix and VMware with a good understanding of Azure and experience of managing teams who work on a variety of projects and BAU work. You will also have a broad understanding of budgets and a good knowledge of SQL, Citrix and VMware.

You will be in charge of ERP Technical support , SharePoint and other In House applications and will have solid experience working across large scale voice and networks estates with a deep technical expertise in the servers, storage and the EUC area.

You must have an excellent working knowledge of ITIL Processes and tools, Microsoft Licensing Management Experience and the following technical skills / knowledge - Exchange 2010, 2013, Windows Server to 2012, Citrix Xen and VSI, VMware esXi, Advanced fail over and DR concept methodologies, IPSEC, SSL, VOIP (SIP) and SQL Server (to 2015)

This individual will have Senior Stakeholder Management experience with strong people management skills and significant experience of managing a team across multiple sites. WIth excellent English communication skills both written and oral, you will be proactive, organised and have a methodical approach to work with excellent communication skills.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the KAM will be responsible to coordinate, develop and implement business strategy for the On Trade sales channel in order to achieve budgeted contribution and grow market share. Establish and build customer relationships, manage key accounts, host and execute events and proactively seek out opportunities to grow existing business to drive growth.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate customer focus, leadership, teamwork and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of grape and WSET qualification is essential. You will drive budgeted revenue and margin targets within budgeted cost limits across the assigned territory by building strong business relationships with key customers whilst embracing the company's On Trade strategic initiatives ensuring that key brand distribution and volume targets are achieved consistently. In addition you will be responsible for updating and utilising the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure that all opportunities are identified to maximize business opportunity in line with the quarterly pre-agreed account objectives.
You will work closely with the key category managers across the beverage teams ensuring that all activations and promotions are implemented within the set time parameters and ensuring coverage across key territories by effective journey planning. You will accurately forecast key SKUs at customer level, ensuring that out-of-stock scenarios are avoided wherever possible and possess a passion and understanding of beverages allowing the job holder to maximise the firm's share of key outlet beverage lists at relevant price points.

You will lead the successful negotiation of key account contracts driving the relevant area’s revenue, margin and market share and conduct quarterly reviews for all key accounts, communicating trends in the market place and identifying new opportunity to drive business for all concerned parties. You will contribute towards the achievement of key brand volumes / objectives / strategies and distribution targets set and communicated on a quarterly/yearly basis focusing on strategically important leading and priority brands and possess a passion and understanding of beverages allowing the job holder to maximise the firm's share of key outlet beverage lists at relevant price points.
The successful candidate will be have experience of beverages with Key account management experience, strong financial acumen, analytical thinking and be degree qualified. Our client is a well-known and respected FMCG specialist, and they are seeking a Marketing Services Manager / Consumer Insights and Media Manager to lead consumer research and manage media & creative agencies for the company across all the brands. This role will be based in Dammam, KSA.

Key responsibilities include:
• Consumer Research / Insights: this would be the primary purpose of this role. The competencies in this area are mandatory. This would require being the main interface of the company for all research projects and insight identification work.
• Media management: this would essentially be the secondary requirement for the role, and involves management of traditional and digital media from a process point of view.
• Creative and other agency management: Creative agency management would involve annual scope of work, fees, etc and agency evaluation.

Role Accountability:
• Quantitative and Qualitative Marketing Research Planning and execution: this will involve managing tracking research, recommending, planning and managing adhoc quantitive consumer research for all consumer brands, consulting and signing off on research briefs initiated by the Brand Manager/Head of Marketing, leading insight generation for brands for communication & positioning platforms and monthly performance reports and recommendations.
• Media Management: lead and develop companywide media strategies and innovation for all brands, collaborate with agency partners to educate the brand team on digital frameworks, modules and best practice, and manage the relationships with media agencies and be responsible for setting & delivering metrics such as annual CPRP, digital targets etc.
• Marketing Services Agency Management: Coordinating and collating SOW for advertising agencies, accountable for establishing & maintaining research supplier relationships, identifying appropriate research agencies for quality and innovative services and accountable for total cost saving for all marketing services.
The successful candidate must be a graduate in business, psychology or mathematics, preferably holding a Master’s Degree in Management with a specialisation in Marketing or a Postgraduate Certificate in Marketing (UK). Ideally candidates with fluency in Arabic will apply, and a minimum of 8+ years in a Market Research Industry with experience working within a wide geographical region is essential.

You must be highly competent in research techniques (Terminologies, Methodologies, Sampling techniques etc), Concept Writing & Research implementation and have held a role in which previous responsibilities included 3-4-years in qualitative and quantitative research study approval and implementation or a 2-year stint in qualitative and quantitative research. You will possess very strong analytical and planning skills, and be a proven leader, able to manage external professional teams. Food industry experience is a must.
