The purpose of the job is to lead the delivery of a cohesive office administration service, mainly encompassing official documentation typing and data entry, to the office of ADGM Registration Authority, therebypromoting the timely delivery of operations and cost recovery. The candidate will be Serco’s main representative with the ADGM Registration Authority specifically for the typing and data entry services required. The candidate will audit and do quality checks on the work produced by their subordinate Office Administrator staff before submitting to the Client.

Key accountabilities
• Leads the team of Administrative Officers for carrying out typing and data entry tasks (In English and Arabic) as required by ADGM Registration Authority.
• Audits and checks Visa documentation presented by businesses on Al Maryah Island for compliance with the ADGM Free Zone Visa requirements. (Set in place by the ADGM Registration Authority)
• Liaises with the PROs of aforesaid businesses for documentation that is missing or is in need of adjustment.
• Compiles ADGM Free Zone Visa documents issued by the ADGM Registration Authority (required by Abu Dhabi Immigration authorities) and provides them to aforesaid PROs.
• Responsibility to audit and ensure work produced by the office administrators’ team is compliant with quality standards.
• Manages and supervises duties of subordinate administrator officer staff for efficient general office support activities including filing system/documentation and diary keeping.
• Manages overall administrative and clerical support as requested from time to time by the Facility Management team (Serco).
• Performs and carry out other administrative duties as instructed by the Key IFM Manager, or Portfolio / Deputy General Manager.
• Liaise with the Serco PRO and supports Serco as needed with the ADGM Registration Authority in facilitating issuance of ADGM Free Zone visas for Serco employees at Contracts in Al Maryah Island.
• Production of any work activity reports as may be requested by ADGM or Serco.
• Records and prepares any minutes of meeting related to the assigned duties.
• Produces Monthly and Annual Reports in the format agreed with the Client.
• Ensures that the policies and procedures laid down by Serco management are followed accurately at all times
• Record, update, and compileany requested IMS (Information Management System) related document with the supervision of the QHSE Manager.
• Safeguards any important documents that may be provided by ADGM or Serco to carry out the essential tasks of typing and data entry.
• Acts in accordance with the Governing Principles of Serco at all times and is a champion of the Governing Principles within their contracts
• Assigns tasks as necessary to the Administrative Officers and performs miscellaneous administrative duties.
• Reports any Security, Health and Safety Incidents to Serco management within the work premises with the supervision of the Key IFM Account Manager and QHSE Manager.

HSQE Responsibilities and Information Security Responsibilities
• Awareness of the Integrated Management System and the content of the Environment, Quality, Health & Safety and Information Security Policy Statements
• Understanding of personal responsibilities and contribution to achieving compliance with the Integrated Management System requirements, (including but not limited to competence to perform safety critical roles, legal requirements, control measures arisen from environmental impacts and aspects, job safety analysis and information security, risk assessment) and the potential consequences of departure from the arrangements in place to deliver the commitments stated in the policies statements above

Customer Service Agent

The purpose of this position is to deliver a safe, reliable, world class, customer focused tram service and to provide effective revenue protection on the system and a visible deterrent to fare evasion and other offences on the system. This position is a roving position and will be required to move around Dubai Tram Al Sufouh System (DTAS).

Structure and reporting relationship:
This position reports to the Operations Supervisor – Dubai Tram

Key accountabilities
• Move around the System (DTAS) dealing with queries and incidents as required;
• Provide mobile response to incidents;
• Monitor and maintain station operational status and to ensure the safety and comfort of passenger movement within the tram and station premises;
• Carry out controlled/uncontrolled/emergency evacuation of passengers;
• Assist and mitigate overcrowding on platforms to ensure that passengers flows are managed in an orderly manner;
• Provide information on ticket sales, tram services information and respond to passenger enquiries;
• Distribute publicity materials and handle lost property; meet and greet customers and provide a highly visible and proactive level of customer service;
• Perform shift and emergency duties when required;
• Provide safe, reliable, convenient and comfortable tram journeys to the users of DTAS if and when necessary or as directed by the Operations Supervisor;
• When dealing with customers of the DTAS, ensure that matters are handled tactfully and sensitively as appropriate and strictly follow the guidelines, procedures and instructions of the organisation;
• Comply fully with procedures and instructions as part of the certified training and instructions;
• Enforce safety procedures and instructions and carry out necessary procedures to ensure the safety of members of the public and employees of the tram system;
• Render all possible assistance to customers, in particular those with special accessibility needs;.
• Provide a high level revenue protection presence on trams and stations;
• Issue penalty fares to passengers who travel without a valid ticket or with the intent to avoid their correct rail fare and issue of penalty fares for the violations of by- laws where necessary;
• Enforce revenue protection procedures and associated by-laws;
• Enforce conditions of travel and relevant codes of practice on the system and communicate with Operations Supervisor, Security Controller (in OCC) and, when necessary, Dubai Police Force;
• Provide the very best in customer service and information;
• Conducted ticket inspection on trams and on stations with Portable Checking Machine (PCM) that can read and analyse cards and tickets and determine their validity for the respective service.

• Ideally a degree holder or higher diploma of post-secondary education in a related discipline.

The purpose of this position is to assist the Civil & Track Section Managers in providing effective technical support to the line maintenance team responsible for all aspects of civil and track related engineering and maintenance works within the premises of metro system.

Key accountabilities

Operational Excellence
• Assist the Civil & Track Section Managers in preparing the maintenance budgeting, in managing and allocating resources to all aspect of technical support activities within the civil and track section
• Assist the Civil & Track Section Managers in overseeing all aspects of technical support
• activities pertaining to civil and track section including engineering and maintenance work
• management, design modification, technical support, preparations of maintenance procedures and work instructions, coordination work of engineering and maintenance works planning, possession scheduling and timetable
• Assist the Section Works Planner to plan preventive & corrective maintenance activities through the MMS and monitor progress/accomplishments;
• Assist the Civil & Track Section Managers in monitoring compliance of the Section based on the Competence Management System;
• Prepare design drawings and budgetary estimates for civil assets improvement;
• Assist the Civil & Track Section Managers to conduct regular inspection works to assess assets conditions
• Ambient and rail temperature monitoring in accordance with the extreme weather precautions and response work instruction;

• Responsible for the quality and quantity of daily food production
