Job Description 

"The key areas of focus are: 1.Implement stationary equipment condition monitoring progress and analyze to troubleshoot the failure. 2.Participate in the execution of plant stationary equipment activities to ensure the quality of the job. 3.Study and analyze the breakdown in the stationary equipment and develop appropriate recommendations to correct it. 4.Perform study and execution of MOC related to stationary equipment. Provide technical support to operation and maintenance for improving fixed equipment reliability.As RBI Team Member: Conduct RBI reviews along with other team members as raised from MERIDIUM system as per Time base revision or Event base revision by regular monitoring / Pareto / Growth analyses. Preparation of the site readiness documents containing Design, historical, related industry Operational and Engineering data. Arranging / attending reliability workshops to propagate technical data into system based analysis tools (MERIDIUM). Coordinating, justifying, validating and finally producing most feasible and accurate recommendations till approval by the Plant Owners.  Implementation of Reliability recommendations by each Related technical members. Evaluation of recommendations and technical feasibilities by related technical members at regular intervals after implementation of recommendations. Review of recommendations in reliability workshops by team members on the basis of plant events or other technical issues. Review of reliability studies by team members in the event of assets design changes, obsolescence of spares or equipments, assets maintainability issues, and assets low performance issues. Analysis of plant systems for the repetitive failures and reaching the most appropriate solutions using MERIDIUM on the special request of plant owners. Monitoring recommendations effectiveness in the plants by related team members using appropriate reliability tools. Participate as RCA member as & when assigned.  As RCA Team Lead Lead the RCA team to conduct incident investigation and conclude RCA  As RCA Team Member Participate as RCA member as & when assigned."

The Role

Advise relevant stakeholders on outcomes of financial crime risks identification and assessment methodologies.  * Apply data analytics to large data sets in order to target risk.  * Support end-to-end financial crime client reviews initiated by external sources (regulators, agencies, authorities or other external organisation), and internal events as applicable.  * Ensure remedial actions (eg Regulatory reporting, client exits, additions to watchlists) are recommended,  * Conduct a root cause analysis on the control/other failures to identify lessons learned.   Governance * In the event of serious regulatory breaches, or where risk tolerances have been breached, ensure management and relevant regulators are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased.  * Identify lessons learned from investigations as applicable.  * Propose control improvements, enhancements and simplifications where appropriate.   Regulatory & Business conduct  * Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.  * Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. The Role 
Project Manager (Water), KSA  The pipeline and opportunities for strategic and major projects in KSA for Atkins Transport & Infrastructure (T&I) Division are significant. An opportunity exists for a driven, ambitious and self-motivated person to take a critical role in growing Atkins T&I Water Business across KSA. The successful candidate will work closely with KSA Clients of T&I in wining work in KSA for the Water sector. The work will include, delivering Client Management Plans and Targets, bid management and delivery, market analysis and also managing the delivery of Projects to our Clients.  We are currently looking for a Project/Construction Manager with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the water engineering sector for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia but will also requires working and travel throughout KSA including Western Region and Eastern Regions of KSA as and when required, sometimes at short notice. Potential candidates must therefore be in a position to travel and work occasionally across KSA.  Atkins has been established in the Gulf for over 40 years, having first carried out design and supervision commissions in the Gulf area in 1967.
