Role Objective The Firm is seeking to recruit bright and passionate individual as Internal Audit Senior Manager, who have relevant work experience and skills. Role Responsibilities
The key responsibilities and skills of the candidate include:
1. The Candidate should have primary responsibility for executing assignments. 2. The candidate has direct, client-facing engagement responsibilities. 3. Serving as both role model and trainer, the candidate demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. 4. The candidate learns to identify risk and opportunities attach to business processes and assessment of the controls pertaining to business processes. 5. Responsible to demonstrate expertise in the field of Risk, Governance and Controls. (Internal Audit, SOPs, ERM, Investigations etc.) Required Skills
The candidate will have experience the following areas:
1. Experience in reviewing, documenting, evaluating and testing controls in a wide range of environments 2. Experience in performing data analytics in audit execution 3. Ability to perform assignments end to end with minimal supervision 4. Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships and understand the clients business and project requirements 5. Understanding of business processes and technical skills to successfully develop effective solutions and complete project assignments 6. Sound project management and supervisory skills 7. Understanding of the importance of business ethics 8. Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact in a team environment 9. Excellent written communication skills & strong analytical skills 10. Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner 11. Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress 12. Must have experience in working on high pressure and challenging assignments 13. Ability to coach, train and supervise consultants/senior consultants 14. Develop and Handle senior level client relationships 15. Actively participate in practice management (performing internal trainings, engagement monitoring) 16. Responsible for developing and growing business and managing portfolio of clients Work Experience & Education 1. Professional Certification such as Chartered Accountant is mandatory. 2. 8+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry 3. Large management consulting experience in Internal Audit preferred 4. Experience in Manufacturing / Real Estate / Oil and Gas / Healthcare / Retail sector specially in Internal Audits and development of SOPs 5. Should have knowledge of IIA and ISACA standards Expected Travel Travel required based on client requests/commitments

The Role
As an International Tax Senior, you'll demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex tax concepts and effectively apply your tax knowledge to client situations, developing and delivering innovative tax planning ideas with timely, responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations. You'll also thoroughly and accurately analyze information and prepare quality, practical and creative approaches tailored to a client's tax and economic situation, arriving at appropriate conclusions. Your remit will include managing the work of client service team members and participating in and contributing to attaining team goals. The Role
Head of Supply Chain & Procurement 28k MAX per month all in plus healthcare and bonus The Head of Supply Chain & Procurement is responsible for the direction of the stock management and purchasing function to achieve service and inventory goals as well as the development of best in class processes to drive service level improvement and business financial objectives. The Head of Supply Chain & Procurement will work across functional boundaries to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction relative to inventory service levels and management and communication of inventory failures. Position Responsibilities - Develop and maintain a high-performance culture in the function, resulting in continued success meeting functional KPIs and improved levels of customer service - Solid sustainable process rigor leading to substantial product cost reduction targets - Develop Supply Chain stress point indicators to identify gaps, shortcomings, risks in the current supply chain model. Requirements
- 7+ years relevant product management & purchasing experience preferably in a food environment. - Strong working knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting techniques as well as operational systems and warehouse management - Experience with ERP/MRP systems - Inquisitive, detail-oriented with strong quantitative analytical skills and an innovative approach to problem solving - Ability to coordinate multiple group efforts within the company to achieve objectives. - Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines. - Ability to identify processes needing improvement, and to recommend and implement improvements within the function. - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. - Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories and processes. - Must be very team oriented and be able to work across boundaries and borders and influence and lead procurement functional specialists. - Demonstrated superior negotiation skills and the proven ability to train and develop organizational capability in this skill - Sound business acumen with the ability to quickly and thoroughly understand business priorities and operations.
