Job Role :   Manage all quality activities at site, including supervision of QC Inspectors and CCMS administrator. Responsible for execution of Contract quality management system at site and specific project quality control plans.  He shall report to relevant area Construction Co-ordinator on a day-day basis and functionally to the QA Manager.   AUTHORITY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of the Suppliers Contract Quality Plan.  Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions.  Review and Monitoring Sub-Contractors Quality Systems and quality performance.  Preparation, implementation, revision and monitoring Quality Control Plans (QCP/ITP).  Maintaining of Quality records.  Reporting Quality activities as directed.  Liaison with the Company on matters related to Quality as applicable  Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions  Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements; resolution of quality problems; preparation and maintenance of Contract quality records  Reporting To:Project Manager  Division:Oil & Gas Division

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED  BE/ B.Tech . Shall be a Registered Lead Assessor with IRCA, RABQSA or equivalent. (Where equivalent is proposed, evidence of equivalence shall be provided).  EXPERIENCE LEVEL NEEDED  Shall have minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in oil and gas projects.  He shall have a minimum of 2 years management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with applicable international standard with the capability of developing and implementing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans.   Shall have experience in quality management in projects covering design / engineering, procurement, construction, inspection/testing and commissioning phases.

The Role 
• To head Merchandising Visual function in all regions. • Lead, direct train the store teams and monitor the merchandising and display in all stores • Ensure that company stores follow replicate the ‘look’ of the brand stores by managing planograms, windows, store displays, graphics and seasonal launch materials. • Train the visual team and store teams on brand standards • Ensures that all stores implement the highest level of brand standards • Produces the stores planograms and guidelines • Ensure that the stores launch campaigns on time and are fully approved by the Brand • Work closely with the store operations team to ensure achievement of sales targets by driving performance through effective store layouts • Produce the annual store window calendar  • Sourcing and procurement of store marketing materials and window ‘props’ • Liaising with graphic manufactures to produce visual requirements • Aware of market and brand trends to capitalize on sales and opportunities • Ensure consistency of brans visual standards across all stores  • Have a commercial knowledge of sales, fast and slow selling lines  • Create and implement store promotion materials • Plan and manage the visual merchandising annual budget  • Space planning to maximize profit • Coaching and development of visual merchandisers • Building relationship with US team

A government entity in Qatar, involved in one of the country's most exciting development, is looking to recruit a Senior Compliance Specialist.  Key responsibilities  Planning  • Assist in the development of effective compliance and enforcement mechanisms for the committee's Workers’ Welfare Standards (WW Standards) including policies, protocols and systems for integration, enactment and enforcement  • Ensure effective execution of the WW Standards and their associated policies and protocols throughout the committee's programme  • Assist with the development of a monthly Compliance & Audit report • Contribute to the on-going enhancement and publishing of the WW Standards • Contribute to the management of a third-party external monitor for the WW programme  • Contribute to the development of the WW Annual Progress Report  • Contribute to the development of the WW section of the quarterly development Progress Report   Execution  • Ensure WW requirements are incorporated into the committee's tender documentation, in collaboration with the committee Procurement & Contracts (P&C), Legal & Compliance (L&C), and Technical Delivery Office (TDO)  • Participate in pre and post tender elements for the committee's projects to ensure incorporation of WW elements, including conducting technical evaluations of bidder submissions in coordination with P&C and TDO; conducting tenderer briefings; and undertaking tender inspections  • Assist with the reviewing, assessing and gaining endorsement of any exemptions provided to Contractors/Subcontractors in respect to the WW Standards • Assist with monitoring of compliance with WW Standards by Contractors and Subcontractors, and provide support for continual improvement and compliance by maintaining open communication with all relevant parties • Assist with the reviewing of contracts between Contractors and Recruitment agents and ensure compliance with the WW requirements  • Ensure compliance of Contractors with the required monthly submissions and report any deviations • Assist with reviewing monthly Contractor self –audit submissions and integrate the action plans within the monthly WW Audit schedule • Monitor and report details of non-compliance to relevant parties within the committee and to Contractors and agree on corrective action plans and procedures  • Ensure corrective action plans and procedures for areas of non-compliance are executed efficiently and effectively as planned  • Assist in the monthly Contractor penalty calculation process and provide recommendations  Integration & Engagement  • Provide monthly induction to new Contractors on WW Standards • Assist with arrangement of the Program Workers’ Welfare Forum (PWWF)  • Monitor and attend the Workers’ Welfare Forums (WWF) as required  • Coordinate with other internal units within committee on areas related to WW, e.g. Health & Safety, Technical Delivery Office, Public Relations etc.  • Engage and integrate with internal and external stakeholders  General  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job • Ensure the assigned responsibilities are delivered: • to a high standard of quality and timeliness • in full compliance with the committee's Quality Policy and the Safety and Security rules and requirements • in line with any standards and objectives designated in the Employee Performance Management system 
Requirements
