The Junior IT Field
Support Specialist is responsible for installing , maintaining and providing
technical support to corporate users.
Key Accountabilities
• Inspect personal computer equipment, install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drivers on user’s premises.
• Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications and other office tools.
• Initiate systems and network troubleshooting and monitoring, and replace defective components as needed.
• Attend unit meetings as required by the hierarchy in order to get informed of new policies and other services related issues.
• Place support calls to network solution providers and other IT support companies as requested by the hierarchy.
• Communicate with suppliers as requested in order to get the necessary support regarding Brand Communication interface and files.
• Assist the IT team in the pre-opening phase of new stores

Objectives: The Kitchen
Chef leads, manages and organizes all aspects of food production to the highest
professional standards . He / she is responsible for sanitation in the
production area, stocking, storage, quality control and production cost .
Main responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and research new aspects for the brand products that could contribute to meeting/exceeding set sales targets and share with team members accordingly
• Trains all team members on pastry techniques and hygiene standards
• Ensure the conformity of the products according to the company's and the HACCP standards and handle the relevants reports accordingly
• Prepare high quality menu items and ensure conformity to set recipes of the brand in order to maintain image and customer satisfaction
• Supervise food production, maintain quality and hygiene standards, displays expert knive skills and seek to continously improve the image of the operation
• Assume full responsibility for the costing of all food items produced and oversee the proper storage and reception of food items
• Take all necessary measures to reduce waste and maintain control actions to attain forecasted food and labor costs
• Control and monitor the monthly inventory by making sure the measures set are followed and the discrepancies are adjusted
• Prepare weekly work schedules for all kitchen personnel in accordance with staffing guidelines and forecasted labor costs

The Shop Manager is
responsible for leading and managing the store operation to deliver the highest
standards of customer service and to maximize sales and profitability in line
with company’s objectives. He / she is also responsible for the inventory, maintenance
and external appearance of his / her shop.
- Solve critical store operational problems including customers’ complaints, in order to ensure operational effectiveness and to increase customers’ satisfaction
- Assist in recruiting and selecting shop staff by verifying job-fit and team-fit of candidates

• Participate in setting up and implementing marketing strategies as well as a timetable of promotion and activities in support of the marketing plan aiming at maximizing consumer brand awareness and revenues
• Maintain strong relationship with key media partners, stores and external parties to maximize marketing and advertising opportunities
