process; including strategy, operating plans, budgets, policies, operations and

• Recognised professional qualifications in FM or Engineering.

• 12 - 15 years of post-qualification experience in FM Operations with proven track record in large scale mixed-use environments in the GCC
• Large site/multi-site experience of Grade A Sites
• Must have new site opening experience
• Mixed Use experience is highly desirable/preferably in GCC
• Technical Facility Management experience necessary.

QA QC Manager

The QA / QC manager will
be site based with main objective to ensure that the quality of site
installations is consistent with the clients requirements and to national and
international standards.
• Implement the QA/QC management system at site
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all nondestructive testing on site
• Coordinate all receipt inspections
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
• Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
• Participate in the site internal and external site audits
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
