Responsible for providing patient recommendations to help balance their mind and bodies. Conduct study of Interpersonal Relationships, Personal effectiveness, Anger, Stress and conflict Management, soft skills, Conscious Parenting, Inner Child Work-Art Therapy, Yoga for Health & Healing and Meditation Providing lifestyle counselling to the patients Developing literatures and other material for marketing and other promotional activities which include training manuals, therapeutic guides, booklets, leaflets etc. Interactions with advertising, PR and creative agencies regarding write ups and therapeutic information to prepare plans for print and social media. Qualifications & Training: Bachelors degree in management or a related field such as marketing with at least 5 years of managerial experience. Holds certificates in workshops and trainings. Experience of coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring techniques. Completion of a 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited naturopathy university; holds a license (ND). 5 years of working experience as a Holistic Healer. Holds diploma in yoga; Yoga instructors course certificate with at least 2 years experience as a Yoga teacher. Key Skills Good listener & strong command over English Language Develop, create and organize services and training. Strong in multitasking and facilitating of multiple issues Ability to build relationships that endure with peers, colleagues, management & Associates Good collaborative skills & problem solving ability Ambitious, Hard Working and Quick Learner.
