As an Executive Assistant in Financial Advisory Services your role will be to provide support to Partners within the Financial Advisory practice. EA?s are assigned to specific service lines and should support the Partners responsible for them with some additional team support.

Main Responsibilities:

? Diary management? Arranging conference calls ? Booking conference rooms and arranging for meetings? Booking flights and hotels for MDs and Directors? Booking rental cars and taxi services? General administrative support to the Partners (timesheets, expense sheets...)? Liaising with PRO on visa applications if required? Tracking visas for KSA and other locations where travel may be required at short notice? Coordinating and formatting documents and files as requested by the MDs and other team members? Assisting the Marketing team with service line client information and marketing events specific to the service line the EA is supporting? Helping to organise service line specific team events? Covering reception duties where needed? Team leave tracking and maintaining team planner with holidays and projects? Build relationship with key suppliers ? hotels, car company etc? Archiving files ? maintain archive database? Branded emails and brand knowledge? Maintain MD?s CV and credentials. ? Keep current team passport copies, Emirates ID and residency visa copies. Same for new joiners and add to DL and assign buddy work with MD on counsellor. ? Prepare Amex and BD related expenses for sign off. ? Work with finance to assign project codes or BD for external suppliers? Project work as and when it arises such as CRM assistance, events and CSR initiatives

Qualifications:

-Professional appearance and manner
-Background in visa administration
-Strong interpersonal skills
-File management skills
-Experience of working within financial services / professional environment is a plus
-Good level of general education
-Ability to exercise appropriate level of judgement
-Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure with a flexible approach
-Previous experience in a Executive Support 
-Good IT skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Internet Explorer.

?Be responsible for the preparation of audit strategy and business plans, setting budgets and pricing, scheduling audits, selecting staff and assigning workloads, and financial reporting. ?Assume responsibility for small components of engagements and contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel. ?Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to client and contribute to a positive team attitude. ?Demonstrate your ability to plan and manage engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines. ?Develop and motivate all audit staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance.

As an Audit & Assurance senior you will:
