The Role 
- Create the Oman Air Service Manual capturing clear, consistent and rich information to guide through all on-the-job knowledge needed to deliver world class service to our guests. Capture all aspects of cabin crew operations such as Oman Air brand vision, service procedures, grooming, service recovery, product knowledge, crew roles and responsibilities.  - Prepare service sector matrices, service skeleton and detailed service processes and standards for review.  - Workshop concepts, service flow and delivery with a focus on customer service excellence, on time performance and compliance to all regulatory and safety standards.  - Prepare examples of service dialogue for training. Demonstrate service procedures when required.  - Conduct service trials and simulations.  - Ensure standards are as consistent as possible across the network on different aircraft types and sectors.  - Gather relevant detailed information on aircraft features, amenities, food and beverage, equipment, seats, IFE and ensure that these are accurately and professionally captured in a timely manner.  - Manage version control and documentation of all updates to the Service Manual. Format, edit and check for accuracy and consistency in language, procedures and standards.  - Have a strong grasp of the Oman Air non-inflight related products such as the Frequently Flyer program, Airport and Lounge operations, Oman Air Holidays and Muscat Duty Free.  - Update the Service Standards Manual when product and service changes, and ensure that all stakeholders internally are provided with relevant notices in a timely manner.  - Be available to clarify all queries relating to standards and procedures and remain up to date with all latest product changes and features.  - Champion a customer centric culture but with focus on consistency and compliance of standards.  - Be open to diverse ideas and feedback and facilitate discussions with transparency and teamwork.  - Demonstrate the highest standards of conduct, maturity, professionalism and grooming.  - Perform any other responsibility assigned by the Company. 
Requirements 
Bachelor Degree in Hotel /Hospitality Management with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the Aviation / Hotel industry.OR Two years Diploma in Hotel /Hospitality Management with 4 years of relevant experience OR Specialized certificate / license*related to Cabin Crew with Secondary School and having 8 years of WY / Aviation experience of which 5 years as a Senior cabin Crew / SFS).

The Role 
Scope of Work Provide a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture.  Job Responsibilities • To provide Human Resources guidance and services to the Company. The individual will operate in this capacity under the supervision and direction of the Regional HR Director. This position will be responsible for driving the alignment between HR strategy and business goals, looking after all HR policies and procedures to increase performance and mitigate any disputes in the work within the department and in the company as a whole. • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary. • Maintain close contact with all Department Heads, serving as an advisor and internal consultant on employee relations issues. • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy. • Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes. • Work with relevant parties on reward strategy and provide advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers. • Manage talent and succession planning for employees and implement a learning and development policy. Creating various training programs, which includes liaising with the department heads for any technical trainings, creating the training material and timeline • Maintaining a record for the complete trainings, evaluations from the department heads and development progress. • Coach managers on performance management issues and processes. • Encourage a good standard of employee conduct and behaviour and coordinate disciplinary and grievance procedure when necessary, promoting efficiency, confidence, courtesy and high standard of professional skills. • Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and promote a good company image to colleagues. • Coordinate and encourage sports and social activities on a regular basis. • Support the recruitment process by establishing various recruitment and selection strategies and, at times, writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc. • Provide consultation for staff and management about Bahrain employment laws, MOIC Permits, Industrial laws, Environment Regulations. • Responsible for all interactions with various government bodies i.e.: LMRA, GOSI, etc. for all administration of staff employment. • Manage and support the Bahrainization requirements level as per Bahrain Labour Law and Ministry of Industry & Commerce expectations, maintaining progress on the requirements. • Develop a plan for the Bahrainization plan that includes the ability to progress in recruiting and retaining nationals. • Maintain Database of resumes for various positions for Locals & Expats, which also includes: • Arrange for the recruitment agreements with the agents in & out of Bahrain. • Respond to Department Heads requirement within the time frame set. • Manage the Shortlisting & Selection processes. • Arrange for Interviews for job interviews. • Application of LMRA Bahrainization Exemption depending on the number of Workers. • Responsible for managing Bahrain Guests Visa & Accommodation Arrangements. • Responsible for managing the attendance of employees: OT Allowances/Advanced HRA/Deductions/Earnings. • Leaves: Responsible for managing the annual leaves plan + status of Leaves, & Leaves Balance. • Responsible for the facility management: i.e.: Security services, office supplies, couriers, Insurance. • Responsible for arrangements of Bank accounts openings, Medical Check-ups, Hotel Accommodation for recently joined staff. • Arrangement with various offices company offices in GCC for regulatory issues & maintain records for requirements of all the concerned countries. • Arrangement for clearance of all products, as well as coordinating with other MENA countries for the requirements of Products registration and arranging for customs exemptions and approvals. • Responsible for dealing with Ministry of Health, Department of Standards & Metrology, SGS Labs, MOIC, BIIP, BCCI and any other necessary regulatory bodies in the GCC. • Arrange to obtain Business required Licenses i.e.: Environment, MOIC, Free of Sale certificates, etc. • Coordinate with HSE Coordinator and be involved in the risk assessment for HSE, notify any HSE hazards and incidents and support HSE trainings and inductions as well as ensuring the site is following procedures. 
Requirements 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, which includes strategy implementation of policies and procedures, recruitment, dealing with various GCC regulatory bodies for various administration and approvals/certificates. Handling the Bahrainization, learning and development trainings, employee grievances, benefits, etc. and assisting in the Health & Safety. • Bachelor’s Degree, specialised in Human Resources or similar • Human Resources Certification, such as CIPD or other, is an advantage. • Bahraini nationals are encouraged to apply.

Job Purpose & Scope:   Provide oversight and direction to engineering Consultants/Contractor’s Electrical engineering staff and design work. Coordinate and supervise the Electrical engineering aspects of the Saudi Aramco C1 Projects to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule. Supervise, oversee and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of Electrical related engineering deliverables developed by engineering Consultants/Contractors, ensuring design optimization in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.  Closely interface with Company departments, co-ordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations, and Contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Engineering execution and design integrity.  Principal Accountabilities:  Ensure quality and accuracy of General Engineering Services Contractor’s and EPC Contractor’s Electrical engineering design activities, system integration, and design selection. Supervise and manage the review and approval of General Engineering Services Contractor's and EPC Contractor’s work, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco C1 Projects specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best industry practices. Coordinate the required engineering participation and contribute input and expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models to validate and optimize Contractor’s engineering designs. Coordinate the technical guidance required to develop new specifications and update existing specifications in line with Company requirements. Electrical discipline participation in layout reviews, design reviews, and technical workshops. Influence Facilities and Equipment design optimization. Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline specialists. Coordinate technical reviews and analysis during vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation. Provide mentor’s role to develop KSA Nationals and junior engineers. Coordinate the review of technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis.  Organizational Relationships (Work Contacts)  Report directly to Lead Electrical Specialist, and provide support to Project Managers and Engineers within the Saudi Aramco C1 Projects Management Team organization. Interface with Managers, Team Leaders and Engineers in Company's Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations Units, and Logistics Department. Interface regularly with Contractor’s engineering and Project Management Team and Team Leaders as and when required.   Independence of Operations and Decision-making Authority:   Responsible for influencing, coordinating, and managing all Electrical Engineering related activities.  Participate in technical reviews and studies and ensure that technical reviews and studies receive the appropriate Electrical related engineering input. Exercises judgment in making decisions; knows when to seek advice.  Faithful+Gould is one of the world’s leading consultancies providing integrated project and programme management services for construction and engineering projects, with a turnover in excess of £200 million.  Worldwide Faithful+Gould has access to over 2,500 consultants, of whom 500+ are located in the Middle East across six offices. Requirements 
Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry with comprehensive experience in Electrical Engineering, associated technologies and facilities. 5 years’ experience in the role either with NOC/IOC/PMC/PMS/PMT, International EPC or Design Contractor organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills.  Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards. Knowledge of specialist Electrical engineering software e.g. ETAP, CYME, SMARTPLANT etc. and general business software. Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordination of solutions to complex problems. Competent with the ability to lead a team of discipline engineers and provide engineering support.  Experience with Contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the design, procurement and construction of major oil and gas facilities.  Apply and the Process:  We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our F+G business.
