working with a leading company who have a large Tank Terminal division. They
are a leader in their field and Oil and Gas industry and offer staff excellent

The company are looking for a Senior Engineering and Project Manager for their Tank terminal division. The candidate MUST have carried out numerous Tank Terminal projects - please do not apply if you have not ran Tank Terminal projects.
Main responsibilities:
* Oversea design and construction of Tank Terminal projects
* Carry our feasibility studies and conceptual studies ensuring quality and legal standards are met
* Coordinating with regional project teams for reviews and technical analyses
* Reviewing annual budgets and Capex

* MSc or BSc in mechanical or civil engineering

* Knowledge of design and calculations, inc API650
* Fluent in English
* Strong technical knowledge

Within the role key responsibilities will include:
* Manage the commercial resources (finance) of the assigned project (or section) to maximise planned gross margin through the placement and control of contracts and subcontracts
* Provide commercial expertise to contracts, to include the production and submission of valuations, claims, budget monitoring, and contract/workstream performance data
* Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement policies for risk management
