Assistant to provide maternity cover for a period of up to 12 months.

specialist, and they are seeking a Product Change Management Manager to lead,
develop and execute Idea to Market related projects, identify project
milestones and track. Monitor and communicate the progress of all projects.
This role will be based in Dammam, KSA.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
• Facilitate cross functional coordination within the project team (marketing, R&D, BD, operations, quality, procurement, finance, demand & supply planning). Moderate meetings and teleconferences related to projects
• Manage project evaluation process for major NPD launches
• Ensure Master Data accuracy, timely initiation and distribution to all concerned parties
• Lead Design to Print (D2P) process for pack artworks for respective category, coordinate pack designs development and approval
• Manage Key Performance Indicators reporting for PCM function
• Ensure timely communication of NPD forecast to Demand & Supply planning for launch planning

Candidate requirements include fluent English
communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and candidates to be graduate
level in management / economics / engineering or food technology. You must have

will be an asset, as well as brand awareness within the FMCG industries.

The successful candidate will be educated to
Degree level (BSc minimum, MSc an asset) in Product & Packaging or related
Sciences, must have strong & in depth technical knowledge of product &
packaging development & material science for a diverse range of materials
including Jute, Soft plastic, Rigid Plastics, Paperboard and Corrugated
Cardboard, have working knowledge of food safety and hygiene programs,
packaging conversion and legislation and raw materials, knowledge of both 2D
and 3D software’s such as AUTOCAD, Inventor, Illustrator & Photoshop will
be an asset and LEAN and Six Sigma certified is an asset.

• 10+ years in Product & Packaging Development ideally from FMCG Foods industry
