The Barista is responsible for preparing and selling a variety of food and beverages. 

Key Accountabilities 
* Perform duties related to daily operations as per the standards set by the brand, related to product order requisition, setting up the products and equipment needed for service and performing opening and closing duties
* Ensure orderliness, tidiness and smooth operation, report to manager any discrepancies detected with respects to procedures, quality or standards
* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and incidents in a positive manner and guarantee guest satisfaction through a high quality service
* Place orders for needed items by liaising directly or indirectly with the supplier depending on the products and as per the set guidelines
* Complete on weekly basis the inventory of the bar ustensils including wastage/breakage record and
* High School/Degree
* Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in F&B operations / Cafe in a similar role
* Knowledge of different speciality drink items preparation is a plus

Kitchen Chef

The Kitchen Chef leads , manages and organizes all aspects of food production to the highest professional standards. He / she is responsible for sanitation in the production area , stocking , storage , quality control and production cost . 

Key Accountabilities 
• Plan, organize and research new aspects for the brand products that could contribute to meeting/exceeding set sales targets and share with team members accordingly 
• Trains all team members on pastry techniques and hygiene standards 
• Ensure the conformity of the products according to the company's and the HACCP standards and handle the relevants reports accordingly 
• Prepare high quality menu items and ensure conformity to set recipes of the brand in order to maintain image and customer satisfaction 
• Supervise food production, maintain quality and hygiene standards, displays expert knive skills and seek to continously improve the image of the opera..on 
• Assume full responsibility for the costing of all food items produced and oversee the proper storage and reception of food items 
• Take all necessary measures to reduce waste and maintain control actions to attain forecasted food and labor costs 
• Control and monitor the monthly inventory by making sure the measures set are followed and the discrepancies are adjusted 
• Prepare weekly work schedules for all kitchen personnel in accordance with staffing guidelines and forecasted labor costs
• Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management 
• 3-4 years of experience in F&B operations, out of which 1 is in a similar role 
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Fluency in English

Regional Visual Merchandiser

The Regional Visual Merchandiser is responsible for achieving the brand's objectives and creating an exciting visual environment across all shops and countries. 

Key Accountabilities 
• Manages annual allocated budget by managing expenditure up to set limits , optimizing and reducing costs where possible and reporting variances versus budget , in order to ensure effective cost
• Originate display ideas and improve the visibility of slow moving items
• Supervise the requisition and construction of decorative materials such as wood, plastic, paper and glass as needed
• Maintain and manage window booking schedules as needed
• Arrange properties, furniture and merchandise according to prearranged plans
• Perform appropriate display and merchandising to enhance sales and stores’ window image and maximize attraction of customers into the stores
• Ensure to maintain the brand's standard across the countries by ensuring a favorable retail store image
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
