Job Description 
Reports to:  Head of Operations in the S&T Product Development Group   Job Purpose:  Work embedded within the development team to ensure software development commitments are delivered within budget, timescales and to the quality expected.  Support and coach multiple scrum teams in agile software development projects throughout the full development lifecycle. Location:  Cambridge, United Kingdom Dimensions:  The AVEVA group is an internal organisation with 1600+ employees around the world. Managing development teams of up 120 developers and tester distributed across Europe, Australia and India.  The major dimensions of the role include:  Governance: Ensure adherence to our agile project lifecycle methodology. Participate in customer meetings supporting the business Management: Manage programme and coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers related to programme. Proactively facilitating cross team issues such as reporting, removal of impediments, administration related to the product development process and coordinating across the teams. Working with the teams and management as an enabler to achieve joint goals. Reach out to stakeholders outside programme for inspiration and sharing of best practise Planning: Producing project plans bringing together the information on tasks, resources, timescales and commitments. Ensuring tracking, reporting and visibility of project data and status in a proactive manner to all relevant stakeholders Agile Coach: Act as a catalyst, coach and mentor to improve the Agile development processes for the benefit of teams you work with and for AVEVA as a whole Improvement: Continuously assessing performance and systemically applying learning and knowledge to the teams. Proactively suggest changes to current AVEVA processes to improve development efficiency and meet goals. Passion for continuously challenging and improving our agile project lifecycle methodology. Scout for latest trend in software development outside AVEVA, and propose changes and ideas.  Travel to the other AVEVA locations may be required from time to time.   Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:  Proven track record acting as a Project or Programme manager for complex software development projects Experience in applying agile software development methodologies to software development projects Experienced in SCRUM  Self-motivated and possessing a passion for success A good facilitator and proactive organiser, who is successful at problem solving Assertive, but at the same time pragmatic and flexible. Able to deal appropriately with people at all levels of seniority within the business Excellent and proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills for meetings, presentations, video conferences, telephone conferences and all forms of written communication. Fluent in English both spoken and written  Knowledge, Skills & Experience Preferred:  Knowledgeable of agile software development methodologies, particularly SCRUM, Kanban and SAFe  Experience with project management in a multicultural environment Experience with outsourcing or offshoring Experience with TFS or equivalent tools Experience with SharePoint and Office 365  Good Microsoft Office skills. Requirements 
• 10 years of SAP experience (3 years of SAP banking experience) • SAP Business Objects, including SAP Lumira, Web Intelligence (Webi), SAP Design Studio, and Xcelsius dashboard and experience utilizing SAP BW • Comprehensive understanding of analytics and reporting design and development. • Good working experience in Data Provisioning using SLT and Data Services ( BODS ) • Worked on at least 1-2 Full Life Cycle Implementations in SAP including conducting Blueprint / Design workshops for one or more processes • Experience writing functional Specification / Configuration documents. • Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. • Good understanding of the business processes, identifying as-is processes and to-be processes and mapping business processes to SAP • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline • Candidates must hold a valid transferable Iqama or Saudi national
