Job Description  We are looking for people who has experience in control Systems security/ Operational technology for the role in UAE.  Role Requirements  - Planning and execution of IT consulting assignments for our clients in Government, Banking & Financial, Investment, Oil & Gas, Hospitality and Telecom industries.  - Preparing risk based IT Consulting Project Plan. - Engage with IT Managers or mid-senior level clients in consulting engagements related to ITIL, ISO 27001, COBIT, or other such standards.  - Conduct opening and exit meetings with the client. - Prepare, discuss and finalize IT Consulting or Review reports. - Monitor and ensure the smooth conduct of the IT consulting engagement. - Carry out assignments as per the Project plan and within the allocated time budget. - Review project files. - Train and provide guidance to junior staff in their areas of work for all round development. - Identify potential business development opportunities. - Maintain healthy relationship with all levels of the client personnel at all times. - Capable to handle multiple assignments across various industries.  - Minimum 4 years of IT consulting/auditing experience. The candidate will have experience in one of the following areas:            o Ability to understand business and IT processes of various industries           o Exposure to a well-structured Project management or risk assessment techniques           o Exposure to ISO 27001 / ITIL / Cobit / ISO 20000 standards and frameworks - Chartered Accountant / Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology - CISA (mandatory) / CISSP/ PMP( preferred) / ITIL v3 (Foundation) is mandatory - Bilingual language (English and Arabic) proficiency (strong written and oral communication) is a major plus requirement for the role. Other potential certifications ISO 27001 LA / ITIL (Foundation), CCIE (Security)  Key Personal Attributes  - A good blend of creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems. - A strong client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel.  - Stay abreast of current business and economic developments and new pronouncements/ standards relevant to the client's business. - Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently. Working on high profile assignments in KSA and across the Middle East with some of the best in the field, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, within a highly commercial, client focused environment.   At an Assistant Director level we expect candidates to lead Corporate Restructuring engagements (Turnaround & Performance Improvement, Financial Restructuring, Crisis Management) on a day to day basis with Partner/Director oversight. This includes: • Project managing engagements, providing support to the partner in managing external stakeholders as well as managing other service line teams involved  • Taking a lead role in supporting management teams in preparing and challenging business plans, short term cash flow forecasts and restructuring plans  • Developing, analysing and presenting restructuring options using input from other teams, e.g. insolvency or tax analysis  • Liaising with the Company’s lawyers to understand key aspects of legal documentation and also drive any documentation processes (term sheets, waivers, loan documentation etc.)  • Managing small teams with effective delegation and development opportunities for individual team members  • Understanding and actively managing the Firm’s risk from take-on through to completion of engagements  • Participate in larger regional engagements and wider ‘go-to-market’ initiatives   Operational Restructuring experience  • Ideally the candidate would have experience of operational restructuring (cost reduction, performance improvement plans, margin improvement programmes) gained either as a consultant or in a corporate / industry based role  • The candidate would lead performance improvement reviews at clients and be able to demonstrate commercial and operational understanding as well as just understanding ‘the numbers’.   Actively support corporate restructuring business development activities using their own contact network as well as supporting partner / director - led marketing and sales activities • Lead RS in-country on a day-to-day basis  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (cross-FA service lines, DTME local partners, key local family offices, lenders etc.)  • Maintain in-country leads lists and ensure communication of action plans to wider RS leadership team  • Identify and pursue potential opportunities (corporates in distress, or in need of performance improvement support) using own network as well as Deloitte’s business development programme  • Identify opportunities to expand projects as well as opportunities to provide wider Deloitte services to existing clients  • Lead marketing initiatives aimed at specific channels or events 
Requirements
