The Role 
You will bring significant expertise on the topic of Big Data Advanced Analytics enablement and continue to grow organizations thought leadership and capabilities on the topic of enablement. You will be instrumental in business development activities including but not limited to facilitating internal & external stakeholder discussions, building client relationships that are strong and lasting and delivering value on client engagements regionally  Key responsibilities include: Bringing expertise and best practices to a range of projects and proposals Assist partners and principals in business development related to advanced analytics, enablement, and creating analytical / big data capabilities in clients Leading the day-to-day execution of enablement and analytics consulting projects and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement; including: Owning the project planning and process management, and communicating the progress to clients and others in the leadership Driving development of the content, either directly or by providing guidance to the consulting team (for example, by sharing ideas, frameworks or experience) Managing client relationship day-to-day Managing project scope and pace Own enablement modules within digital transformation cases Actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand and influence Leading senior client presentations and meetings Contributing to the development of intellectually property, including improving methodologies, tools, techniques and developing new ideas and approaches Increase awareness of advanced analytics within the organization and externally Owning business development efforts, including preparation of proposal documents and attending pitch Providing apprenticeship and coaching to junior consultants to help develop their consulting skills, including sharing knowledge and experience, giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow  The role is an expert career track position, located in Southeast Asia. Requirements 
4 or more years’ experience in consulting with demonstrated expertise in people interaction and extensive client-facing experience Experience supporting clients to develop and describe their vision for value creation in data and analytics Established, coached, and /or led a practice area or team, preferably in a consulting context Demonstrated excellence in a complex area of analytics or mathematics research or application (examples might be a PhD in a technical field like signals processing, having built and deployed a recommendations engine, constructed & rolled out a micro segmentation framework, etc.) Personal examples of commercial or social impact through applying advanced analytics Ability to assess client data and analytics maturity and recommend improvements appropriate for business needs Advise on issues of trust, privacy and security Advise on analytics operating models, people and processes Advise on data and analytics technology platforms, be familiar with relevant trends, best practices and emerging technologies and approaches in the market Identify and describe machine learning methods and the data requirements appropriate to particular use-cases Advise on enterprise information management and data governance Advise on potential partners and partnering strategy on practical approaches to data- regulatory issue  General Requirements Have prior experience in driving an intellectual agenda, identifying value-creating opportunities and building strategy and execution of a data capability Experience addressing business challenges with technology; background in analytics consulting with a focus on scale-up or industrialization preferred Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles Excellent written and spoken English, other Asian languages a bonus Be a strong manager with clear leadership/ management achievement Preferred advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Physics, Econometrics, or Mathematics
