• Set up and manage sales and distribution
structures
• Develops new sales strategies and product packages In particular for key accounts and the spare part business
• Implements KPI figures for sales (hit rate, loss analysis, order intake, etc.) and set up monthly reporting
• Defines marketing plan and marketing mix (4Ps: product, promotion, price and place) for the products and countries
• Conducts market analysis, competition benchmarking and customer survey
• Development of the existing business in countries like Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait , UAE, Iraq
• Interacts with internal departments and HQ marketing department to align local work with Metalock Denmark

• Carries out Inspection of incoming customer
items like Turbomachinery rotors. Visual, Measurement and Non Destructive
testing inspections, as per guidelines of QA-QC Engineer.
• Assists Workshop Engineer/ QA-QC Engineer in preparing inspection reports .
• Carries out incoming inspection of purchased materials as per requirement.er/ Workshop manager
• Carries out pre dispatch inspection of repaired Turbomachinery items .
• Can assist Balancing Engineer in Balancing Jobs, and Workshop Engineer in Fitting /QA-QC jobs as per the requirement.
• Ensuring smooth job execution in coordination with Balancing Engr and QA/QC Engr. Handling customer inspections.

• Receives the incoming items. Ensures right
quality and quantity. Coordinates with inspection department as per requirement.
• Maintains records like Goods Received Note , Stock Ledgers , Despatch Notes etc .Is responsible for inventory control , safety and security of the stores.
• Sets up the stores system in consultation with the Workshop Engineer/ Workshop manager
• Despatches of the repaired goods after due release by inspection department
• Maintains the store area , which includes own goods as well as customer goods, in a neat and orderly manner. Assists in internal as well as external material audits
• Manages logistics for the sent as well as received materials. Coordinates with external agencies / internal departments

• Assists the Balancing Engineer/ Workshop
Manager in smooth Erection and commissioning of the LS/HS Balancing Mcs
• Can install and Align the Rotor on the High Speed / Low Speed Balancing machines and carry out the HS/LS Balancing of Rotors.
• Help Implement safe working practices
• Can read and interpret the relevant Engg procedures/drawings, particularly for Balancing Grades and requirement.
• Can machine/Fabricate small jigs and fixtures like Balancing Bearings,Drive Adapters, Balancing Weights etc. Carry out inspection for the same.
• Can assist Workshop Engineer /Fitter/Machinist in Fitting, Machining and QA-QC of Turbomachinery Rotors if Required.
