The Role 
Country Manager - Malaysia  Company: A leading manufacturer of Bathroom and Sanitary fittings.  Role:  • Setting up the company operations in Malaysia and dealing with the local partner.  • Taking care of all three segments namely Project, Retail, redistribution with the help of team as we grow. • Meeting top line expectations within agreed time frame and resources. • Brand building. • Competition Analysis and Review. • Help company with penetration / market share over next 5 years at least – 15%. • Figures expected from 500,000 USD first year to 3 million USD in 5th year. • Reporting to Head of Asia Pacific at Dubai. 
Requirements 
• An experience Country Manager with a track record in sales; minimum 7-8 years’ experience. • Ideally will be direct profile from the bathroom materials sector, kitchens and subsequently other building materials. • Someone with the aptitude and attitude to work in a competitive market sentiment. • Individual with high drive, passion and commercial judgement of the business. • Visionary and ability to drive long term plans for the business. • Hands on and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
