Glad to share a job opportunity with one of the client based out of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Designation: Business Finance Manager --Hospitality & Leisure Job Description: - The Business Finance Manager is responsible for all the Hospitality & Leisure financial accounting and management reporting - Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements in the SBUs and play a stellar supporting role to the H & L Business Head(s) - Drive financial compliance with existing Hotel Operators Agreements - Analyze and drive Commercial optimization and cost-savings opportunities - Review Hotel Operations from a Controller perspective and help us in improving the same within the operations where relevant - Leads the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory/financial reports and audit thereof - Install/Support relevant financial applications / integration to manage the Leisure segment in a customer-centric yet controlled process. - Manage the Billing, Inventory and Insurance Processes as relevant - Oversees more junior staff, mentoring, developing, and training and working out a development plan for each of them.

This critical role will be responsible for maintaining communication with the client's site engineers on all project related issues, and reviewing and implementing structural contract drawings and building specifications.
Requirements
Paramount to success within this varied role will include; * Demonstrated knowledge in structural techniques, procedures, and in all relevant international codes and standards. * Demonstrated experience and capability in all aspects of the structural engineering discipline. * Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive client relationship and the firms' professional image. * Ability to understand, identify and assess project risk. * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written communication. * Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. This critical role will be responsible for sustainability compliance and energy modeling activities, researching scientific materials for application in built environment design and participating in sustainable development project management tasks with a focus on energy modeling. Paramount to success within this varied role will include but not limited to; • Conducting full building/project energy efficiency analysis, recommending energy conservation measures, and demonstrating international energy standards compliance using dynamic simulation modeling software. • Conducting dynamic simulation models to comply with LEED and Estidama. • Undertaking thermal and daylighting simulations. • Preparing sustainability reports on energy, water for Estidama templates, GSAS and LEED templates, Al Saf'at documentation and any other relevant rating to the KEO Sustainability business. • Conducting design review for sustainability as related to energy and water use in design as well as energy audits. • Providing expertise in detailed mechanical systems analysis for HVAC, 3D dynamic thermal modeling using the latest simulation programs, airflow analysis, systems peak load reduction, CFD, solar control, thermal comfort, daylighting and glare analysis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 2 - 5 years' career experience, partnered with either a Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with demonstrable energy modeling experience. Preferential consideration will also be given to candidates whom possess a Master Degree qualification (MEng or MSc), are a Chartered Engineer (CEng) / Professional Engineer (PE) and have LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) and / or GSAS Certified Green Professional (CGP) certification. Experience with IES VE, Sefaira and Hap software applications will be viewed favorably.
