A fantastic and well respected business who are
on the NYSE are looking for an FP&A person to join the Planning team, based
in Dubai. This is a new role and will be reporting directly into the Planning
manager who reports into the CFO.
You will be responsible for driving the business units annual profit by assisting with financial planning, forecasting and reporting. This position has a strong focus on driving sales and is critical to generating business changing insights and leading the organization by the data to achieve business targets which help the business achieve revenue and profit targets.
You will also support preparation of the AOP and work cross functionally to build and analyse sales data, develop and analyse sales initiatives, create standardized measurement processes, identify and execute opportunities, and communicate progress against goals.
The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting the Planner Manager in the overall financial management of the business which includes media spend analysis and assisting the marketing team on various projects related to the setting up and ongoing maintenance of the business.

- Must have a Finance related degree
- Must have at least 3 years in an FP&A role
- Be working for an International firm and ideally a US based business

to grow their Commercial Finance team in Dubai. The business is going through
an exciting growth phase and is therefore looking for a number of Commercial
Finance Analysts. The newly created roles will provide analytical support to
their entire business and will provide a commercially focussed business
partnering service across the organisation.
Duties include;
* Provide analytical insight to financial performance, understand and communicate key trends and drive value added reporting and business understanding.
* Support business and finance decision making.
* Develop KPI and other reporting to unlock the value from data in the business. Provide examination of budget, forecast against actual performance at all levels
* Produce value added commentary and variance analysis in monthly reporting
Duties include;

The successful candidate must be ACA / CIMA
Qualified and have a strong financial analysis and management accounting
background. They will have proven IT literacy with an ERP experience being

with a wide range of people is a given as are excellent written communication
skills.

- Excellent BI subject matter with expertise in
