Package for successful candidates:
• 50/50 commission (earn 50% commission on all deals), can be increased for top performers Tax Free Earnings.
• Average Earnings (Tax Free) for leasing net £30,000 - £70,000/- Average earnings for sales net £60,000 - £120,000/- Top earners £250,000 + per annum.

Engineering Consultant. Candidate must worked on large healthcare/ hospital
projects in the GCC.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• The senior design manager supervises and executes the design of two new large healthcare projects in Kuwait
• Responsible for ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget and to the quality specified, making assignments that achieve budget objectives for the design and implementation of projects.
• · The senior design manager manages the preparation of project plans, construction and bid documents, and cost estimates, coordinates with other staff as necessary.
• Ensuring that the design meets the relevant standards and is delivered in accordance with best market practices.
• Ensuring that the design is properly coordinated.
• Ensuring that the design is available in accordance with the project time-line.
• Ensuring that all drawings are prepared in strict compliance with the standards set.
• Initiating and maintaining all necessary document logs for drawings, specifications, technical reviews and all other similar documents.
