Job Description 

In depth knowledge of modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets etc. At least one full cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Explains application features to the finance & projects users Active member of the implementation and support team participating in all implementation, rollout, enhancements and upgrade projects taking responsibility for one or more module areas, overseeing design, build, test and implementation  Responsible for gathering customer requirements and mapping them onto the Oracle applications in the most efficient way maintaining best market practices and guaranteeing corporate standards  Management and supervision of all works being carried by different vendors in the modules of responsibility assuring the solutions proposed and the quality of the work done  Provide support to the end user in their day to day and especial audit, month-end and year-end activities.  Gather requirements from key users and guide them on Oracle best practice providing solutions and highlighting drawbacks of the different options and scenarios possible. Identify areas of improvement and proactively review with users possible IT enhancements as part of a process and quality program. Bring in knowledge of finance/projects in supporting third party applications integrating to ERP  Liaison with Oracle for upgrades, patches and SR Exposure and use of all Oracle standard documentation methods as well as Oracle implementation methodologies Occasionally organizes training sessions for the Finance/Projects users to address common issues or to explain Oracle Finance/Projects application features that will be introduced to use or new application extensions that have been developed Provide support to the end user in their day to day and especial audit, month-end and year-end activities.  Defines the requirements for any finance/project related extensions that need to be developed by the Oracle Applications Developer Diagnoses Oracle Finance/Projects problems and guides the users to a solution Opens Oracle Finance/Projects related SRs if required and liaises with Oracle until they are solved Excellent understanding of the Finance/Projects & other associated functions Exposure to and basic knowledge of PL/SQL and technical development 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/Projects & associated modules Should have been involved of at least 4 implementation/rollouts and 4 support projects working in different time zones  Should have exposure or part of at least one Oracle Cloud implementation Willing to learn and scale up in a shorter time frame Proven expertise to interact with various levels of staff and management & Should be able to interact with the business users to gather the requirements (should have good customer facing skill sets) A team player with excellent communication skills Interaction with Customer/Vendor. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Great attention to detail and time-management skills  
B.E/B.Tech/ BCA/B.Sc. (CS) preferred/ CA or similar financial qualification preferred ; Post Graduation will be appreciated. Oracle Certification is preferred.
