As a Tadarab Audit intern you will: • Assist in performing analytical review of audit documents • Review client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control • Identify accounting and auditing issues; perform research to solve issues that arise • Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency
Requirements
• Pursuing a degree in accounting or related field • Strong academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.3) • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments • Ability to work as part of a team with professionals at all levels • Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)

The Role
A top tier consulting company is looking for Strategic HR Consultants at Principal Level to join their Middle East Practice. This Senior Leadership role will act as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of: • Sourcing Strategy (Workforce planning, Recruitment, and On-boarding, Job Design, Employer Branding, Employee Choice Trends) • Performance Management • Learning and Development (Operational Performance, Talent Development) • Employee Engagement (Work life balance, Rewards, and Recognition)
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in the Middle East • Experienced professional in specialized consulting firm • Experience with project-based work • Proven track record of developing new content and know-how on HR topics • Experience with staff/leadership assessments (interview-based assessment, psychometric tests, etc.) is a plus This role partners with Senior Leaders and HR Certified Professionals to design, equip and sustain high performing organizations.
