Job Description
Experience: -Minimum 2 to 15 years of experience in PEGA PRPC technology platform. -At least 2 cycles of PEGA PRPC implementation experience. Required Technical Skills: -Strong communication and presentation skills. -Ability to participate in business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases. -Ability to actively participate in the class structure design and reusable rulesets design. -Good understanding PEGA PPRC properties, types and relevance. -Understand the decision types and decision rules in PEGA PRPC. -Possesses good knowledge on PEGA PRPC construction and debugging tools such as tracer utility, clipboard, app accelerators, documentation tools, expression builders and form builders. -Sound understanding of user interface both PEGA PRPC out of the box and generic. -Good understating of PEGA PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets, interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios, activities, activity step methods, OOTB activities

The successful applicant will have deep expertise in data architecture and information management, business transformation leveraging big data, analytics, and technology choices and trade-offs.
Requirements
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience • Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Operations Research • Strong academics from top-tier institutions • Years of functional or consulting experience in delivering value to customers or clients in any of the following areas • Defining data strategies / visions • Defining use cases leveraging existing, and new data sources • Understanding of how data is transforming industries, value chains and businesses • Experience with transforming business models based on data, or with creating or leading data businesses • Establishing data and analytics organizations, platforms or ecosystems • Devising, implementing and operating business driven information management strategies and solutions – core understanding of information architecture, master data management, data governance • Defining strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, design and implementation of databases, data warehouse and multidimensional databases • Defining conceptual, logical and physical data model, data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, etc. (in short metadata) • Understanding technology choices and trade-offs for capture, processing and management of data • Defining means of system integration by understanding the source and target data and build the data mapping • Work experience within the BI, DWH or analytics department of a major company is beneficial • Analytical and structured, results orientated • Ability to present your analysis clearly and to "sell" the insights you generate both internally and externally on the basis of the value they generate for clients (and not analytic elegance for example) Familiarity with a broad base of Big Data architecture and analytics tools (several of the following) • Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure (e.g. Amazon Web Services EC2/S3/EMR, RackSpace Cloud, OpenStack) • Data storage and DWH: relational and non-relational databases • Data management: eg, SQL, PostGRESql, Hadoop/Hive, Excel • Analytics & BI platforms: eg, SAS, R, RapidMiner, SPSS, Alteryx, SAP, IBM, Oracle, Microstrategy as well as self-service and mobile BI • Data visualization: eg, Tableau, Qlikview • 3+ years hands-on experience with programming and/or scripting software platforms and languages: e.g. Java, Linux, Apache, Perl/Python/PHP, C#, VBA, etc. • Experience with the Hadoop stack implementations - MapReduce, Pig, Oozie, Scribe/Flume etc. • Experience implementing such No SQL platforms such as Hadoop, Cassandra, MarkLogic etc • Experience with high-scale or distributed RDBMS (Teradata, Oracle, Netezza, Vertica, etc) • Experience in working with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend and/or Pentaho • Experience in large scale Stream processing frameworks such as Storm, Streambase
