In this role you will be responsible for design,
modifies, develops and implements Software product in Technology Services area
like Disaster Recovery Automation, Telephone Billing System, and Other tools
for job automations. You should manage and provide support for all in-house
build software products in the area of Technology Services and design related
requirements, technical support and System Administration activities.
Job responsibilities:
* Ensure that systems are fully maintained to the high level of operational capabilities.
* Create operational delivery and project plans for TS projects and manage them to deliver on time and in agreed budget.
* Provide technical solutions and escalated support for non-routine, highly complex technical issues
* Develop, coordinate and implement solutions to the most complex and critical problems associated with the establishment.
* Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements Software product in the area of Disaster recovery automation, user and access management automation and Telephone billing systems.
* Design and develop the Dashboard and Reporting functionalities like Statistical analysis on DR drills for the RTO and RPO visibility. Other reporting functionalities for capacity management by integrating with vary infrastructure devices such as Server, Storage and Backup etc.
* Identify areas of enhancement in existing IT technology Service operations. Design, code software to improve the operation by implementing appropriate automation tool / software.
* Developing customized tools in all areas of Infrastructure like Server, Storage, Active Directory & Backup operations
* Provide technical consultancy and guidance to the team members, other technical teams, Support teams and Information Services teams.
You should have minimum 5 years of job related experience with a Bachelor Degree or Diploma.
* Domain knowledge of telecom and IT infrastructure automation especially, disaster recovery automation.
* Experienced in System tool and software like Final Builder, Process Monitor, Fiddler and Wireshark etc.
* Knowledge on Datacentre infrastructure for Servers, Storage, Network, Security & Backup Operations and automations
* Hands on experience in scripting language used in Windows as well as Linux environments such as Bash, PowerShell & Python
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Visual Studio .Net, C#, Web Services, WPF, MVC, Entity Framework, JQuery, Kendo UI, Telerik Controls & etc.
* Hands on experience in HTML, CSS & JavaScript
* Excellent knowledge of all kind of relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL & Sybase
* Knowledge of specialized reporting tools to develop reporting structures as required
* Proficiency in developing Thick and Thin client applications
* Knowledge of IT documentation

In this role you will be reporting to the Cargo Customer Services Supervisor, you will have to enhance QAS Customer Service by providing a single point of contact for customers , both internal and external to track and resolve queries related to cargo activities.
You will also need to assist the Customer Service Supervisor in all functional and administrative responsibilities to provide a positive customer experience and for resolving queries customer experience and for resolving queries within our stated service level.

with a positive can-do attitude, a strong team player, have a flexible
approach, have strong decision making skills and possess solid commercial
awareness. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work
quickly and accurately under pressure. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing
environment is essential. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Amadeus
Reservations and Altea would be desirable.
Must be willing to work in shifts including weekends and night shifts.
