Key Responsibilities Understanding the clients requirements and writing clear client proposals that articulate the specialized domain skills. Conducting interviews with clients, analysing the facts, establishing hypotheses, & deriving conclusions. Delivering concise deliverables that are tailored to the clients business, and requirements, in a timely fashion. Track all new insurance related regulatory requirements (IRDA etc) and assist in developing client solutions to enable the Firms Go to Market Strategy. Independently execute assignments. Typical assignments will include ERM, Operational Risk, fraud risk, internal audit/ process reviews, regulatory compliance, developing Standard Operating Procedures etc. Establish good relationships with client personnel (at appropriate levels) by understanding clients perspective. Desired Profile Candidates with 3-6 years experience in Insurance, preferably in operational risk, ERM, operations, internal audit within consulting and/or industry. CA (1st attempt preferred) /MBA (from a top tier business school) with a commerce background and strong insurance industry focus would be preferred. Good understanding of risks impacting the insurance business, insurance processes, IT systems, internal controls, IRDA compliance requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and management skills. Good oral and written communication skills including report writing Able to maintain professional demeanour in times of high stress. Open to travel as per client requirements. Works well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently. Able to multi-task and travel (India and International) as necessary to meet client needs.
