Dear valued Candidate,  Greetings from Soundlines group!!!  This is to bring to your kind notice that there are urgent opening in the United Electronics (eXtra) Co-KSA for outlets in their Sales / Production/Manufacturing Department.  POSITIONS:  CRM SYSTEM SUPPORT SPECIALIST  Department: Services Reports to : CRM Business Process/System Quality Support Manager.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   Acting as the liaison between CRM/CC and the IT department to manage the customer experience/call center requirements & rectifying the defects/issues that touch the IT systems whether a process, change or new enhancement. Representing the focal point for the application administration support with the IT department, leading the access management to all CRM/CC/CSI/Social Media users. Designing CRM system training files (Siebel, IVR, Exit Surveyetc.) to all CRM department users in case of any new change, enhancement or new release with any of the mentioned systems. A CRM technical leader who will lead the UAT operationally & prepare the related scenarios to maintain a proper system validation & also accurate production verification for measuring the CRM business requirements achievements status in details. Supporting any technical assistance including database extracts process & system administration that is related with Siebel CRM Application or any other CRM systems such IVR, Exit Survey, e-Care.. etc. Handling all the CRM escalations & reporting issues that come out from Siebel or any other CRM system with a prioritization matrices that indicates the severity 7 the operational impact size. Leading the CRM systems changes/Enhancements documentation & building the customer experience requirements to be taken into the next stage of Business analysis successfully. Candidate should aware about of Siebel system version in terms of customers experience as well as has a reasonable technical base about how to handle Siebel system changes. Ability to build an integrated scheme of customer experience to enhance the operational model  Ability to build an integrated schemed of customer experience to enhance the operational model effectively. Work closely with non-IT staff to handle /achieve the required vision of customer experience at each touch point. Generating the required monthly/weekly reports of CRM System changes/downtimes /incidents/issuesetc. with highlighting the impact details & severity. Aware of social media /IVR/database/e-care platforms the common one & able to work with them.  CAPABILITIES: It engineering degree is required & bachelors degree from five year college. Two years of CRM experience in Telecom. Two years of data analyst in Telecom  One year of IT experience with the customers interfacing & database systems (Siebel/IVR/e-Care) in Telecom. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy, interactive, & organized team environment. Strong attention to details & accuracy. Excellent written & verbal communication skills ( English/ Arabic) High level of MS.
