We are inviting applicants for H1B 2017 US Visa Processing. Will be hiring Candidates from CAE Domain Full Vehicle Crash and Safety Description: CAE Engineer responsibilities include creating full vehicle crash finite element models using ANSA and will perform analyses using LS-DYNA software to assess vehicle crashworthiness based on regulatory and third party assessment criteria. The candidate will also use analyses results to develop design solutions to meet vehicle safety requirements and will communicate and present analyses results to various engineering organizations. Requirements: Minimum of a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. .Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience of Ls-Dyna and its application in vehicle safety. Minimum of 5 years of experience with ANSA or Hypermesh for crash model creation.Knowledge of HyperGraph, Visual Viewer and Primer for crash data analysis. Knowledge of vehicle structures, occupant protection and restraint systems.Knowledge of FMVSS and third party requirements. Familiar with vehicle crash and sled testing. Familiarity with crash dummies. Excellent communication and presentation skill

Financial Client has begun a project to re-platform the corporate web site using AEM 6.2. You'll play a key role on AEM projects throughout the implementation and future evolution. Your role will span all aspects of the software development lifecycle and include working alongside our Marketing, User Experience, Design and web development teams in a highly collaborative environment. Job Description/ Key Responsibilities Designs and Implements Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. Formulates AEM development best practices and guidelines. Serve as a subject-matter expert and be the go to person for all things AEM. Mentors other developers on AEM development. Conducts code walk-thru with team members and ensures that best practices are followed. Help estimate development efforts of varying sizes. Can work in an Agile development process. Help the team to achieve higher levels of competency, effectiveness and internal process improvement. Enjoy working as part of a team and be able to work independently as well. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across multiple projects, under tight deadlines. Willingness to switch gears quickly and be flexible to work on concurrent projects. Required Skills / Knowledge Minimum of 4 years of solid Java EE development experience with at least 2 years developing large scale AEM/CQ solutions. Candidate should be graduate in Electrical Engineering with more than 15 Years Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation Construction of Oil& Gas / Petrochemical / Power Fields. He must have minimum 15 Years of Experience working as a Construction Manager / Site Manager in Electrical & Instrumentation Projects for Oil& Gas / Petrochemical / Power Fields He should have good understanding of construction activities, leadership quality, communication skills.
