As Head of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for FM strategy and service delivery to large amount of retails sites in Dubai for a major FM provider. Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities, you will manage Facilities Managers to ensure excellent levels of service delivery, ensuring all works are completed on time, to required standards. You will be responsible for the management of a multi-million-dollar budget, managing the FM spend. You will manage and develop the contractor / supplier base in accordance with company and financial requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that compliance standards are achieved as well as identifying and organising PPM and Reactive works.
You must have senior level management experience in Facilities Management within a retail environment, with experience managing large, multi-site portfolios. You must have demonstrable experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets as well as relationship management, planning and process management and the ability to manage a large team.

Facilities Manager

One of the leading Facilities Management companies in UAE are looking for a Facilities Manager to be based on a client’s site responsible for managing the daily running of the contract. Your new employer is an established business with an excellent portfolio of works across a number of FM disciplines including Hard and Soft Services contracts. 

Working on an existing and very prestigious contract your role will be to support the business in ensuring the smooth running of the agreed KPI’s and SLA’s. Based in Abu Dhabi your role will be to oversee the successful delivery of a number of FM Services including soft and hard service functions. You will oversee the subcontractor PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks and also ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the site.
To be successful in your application you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing facilities maintenance, hard and soft services. You will have a proven track record of delivering FM services to stringent KPIs and also be able to demonstrate experience of managing large contracts. Personally you will be required to have excellent communication, organisational and administration skills to cope with managing both client and staff needs. Given the nature of the role, a strong commercial sense and understanding of contract work will be required. Experience of managing budgets and releasing invoices will be necessary.

Facilities Manager

Our client who are leading Facilities Management company based in the UAE are looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager for a prestigious contract in Dubai.

The FM manager will be responsible for managing planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works across the site, plus cleaning, security, landscaping and BMS systems. The individual will need to commercially astute and have managed P&L accounts for large scale FM contracts. Contractor management experience is must and the FM Manager should also be experienced in measuring KPIs and monitoring SLAs across multiple contracts.
• Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree / equivalent
• Facilities Management experience in residential, commercial and retail environment
• Have managed a large scale property portfolio
• Contract Management

Our client who are a global leader in the Facilities Management industry are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a Facilities Management background. The individual will be required to direct and oversee the activities of FM Strategy and Business Development Department as well as to identify, analyse and recommend specific business opportunities for the profitable growth and diversification of FM in the UAE.

Role:
• Manage and maintain the strategic planning process & Coordinate the development and implementation of plans to support the strategic vision and direction established by the Board of Directors. 
• Provide plans & assist in identifying appropriate strategic partners to drive various growth initiatives
• Communicate and discuss the department’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood
• Provide guidance and leadership to department employees to ensure effective and efficient flow of work
• Manage and maintain the strategic planning process & Coordinate the development and implementation of plans to support the strategic vision and direction established by the Board of Directors.
