Description
• Assist in drafting of employment contracts, filing of records, monitoring and recording all leave related requests, and draft HR related letters to local contract personnel only.
• Involved in the process of employment visa applications
• Coordinate staff expense claims related to benefits and liaise with the Finance Departments
• Administer online portal activities of the DMCC
• Assist in drafting of HR reports, relocation activities and other administrative tasks under the supervision of the HR coordinator
• General administrative support to the Legal Coordinator

* Oversees the Land Registration Systems development and ensures successful delivery of the project in order to provide a high standard of land registry system.
* Manages and reviews resale recommendations to for ED Portfolio Management's endorsement prior to President approval.
* Directs the execution of Title Deed Issuance and ensures that the process is finalized in a professional and timely manner.
* Oversees the Master Database management that regulates the well keeping and distribution of data.
* Plans and evaluates management staff performance; establishes performance requirements and personal development targets; regularly monitors performance and provides direction for performance improvement and development.
* Plans and manages Community Management manpower requirements
* Oversees and directs the activities of Master Community, Operations and Facility Management.
* Oversees the management of service providers.
* Oversees the management of Community Management contracts, security, cleaning, landscaping, Envac, RO plant, traffic contracts etc.
* Manages all FM contracts related to Co-Owners' Associations.

* Bachelor's degree in management or related field
* Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with at least 6-8 years' experience in structured environment with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity.
* Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques of municipal affairs, long-range planning, public administration, municipal budgeting, financial administration, program and policy formulation; applicable local laws and regulation governing the administration and operations of municipal affairs.
