• Highly self-motivated sales professional with experience in industrial/commercial sales 
• Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and have excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to make cold calls, Good mechanical aptitude, 
• Sells elevators, escalators, and dumbwaiters to building owners and contractors: Contacts property owners and agents of prospective customers to obtain blueprints of proposed new construction and submits to engineering department for bid.
• Contacts owner periodically to advise of progress of work. Inspects premises to verify feasibility of request and recommends changes for more efficient operation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
• Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Technical Graduation 
• Sales Background with industrial or Construction material related sales 
• Dedicated and good knowledge of Bahrain
• Self-motivated
• Patient with awkward or rude clients
• Positive & Hard working
• Excellent PC skills

Sales Executive - Building Materials

• Exist and new Product specification work with civil consultant
• Generating sales from traders and contractors for existing & new products.

Commercial Coordinator

Purpose of the role:
Provide technical and commercial support for the implementation of the sales policies approved, reporting information and resolving incidents, while engaging in direct contact with customers, under the supervision of the Head of the Sales Department, to promote the sale of the company’s products.

Duties to include but are not limited to:
• Support, following the instructions of the head of the sales department, the launch of new products and campaigns, as well as keep track of them, seeking to boost sales.
• Resolve any incidents and problems that may arise in the Network’s branches, to ensure a correct technical resolution thereof.
• Inform and deliver technical and commercial knowledge about the products in the Sales Network, as well as on the contracting process, thus ensuring a correct dissemination of the company’s sales policies.
• Engage in direct contact with customers, as previously planned and agreed with the head of the department, to boost the sale of products.
• Maintain up-to-date, specific and/or specialist knowledge about the technical procedures, regulations, criteria, etc. within their remit, by attending training sessions and monitoring the main management and quality assurance indicators.
• To undertake any other duty or responsibility that may reasonably be requested from the Commercial & Marketing Director.
• A degree in business administration (not essential but an advantage)
• Personable, presentable and articulate.
• High attention to details
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must with strong communication skill

Senior Relationship Manager

• A University graduate.
• Have sales experience gained in the banking and financial services industry.
• Minimum of 4-5 year work experience in the position of a Senior Relationship Manager
• High networking capabilities in the Sultanate of Oman and the GCC region
• Sound knowledge of financial products and services and banking procedures, equities markets, unit trusts and other personal investment services are preferred.
• Good investment counseling and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people, often in complex and difficult situations.
• Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness.
• Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Arabic
• Hardworking and willing to put in initiative without micro-management .
