The Role 
Marketing Manager Dubai, UAE Distribution Company AED 17,000 + Bonus + Flights & Insurance  NTS Group are working alongside a leading distribution company in Dubai to recruit a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager manages the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the Organization’s marketing strategies across UAE & Qatar and emerging markets in GCC.   The Marketing Manager will drive Marketing Communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal, oversee the development and implementation of support materials and services for Divisions & Departments in the area of Marketing, Market analysis, Branding, Communications and Public Relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications team and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization. 
Requirements 
Master degree in Marketing or equivalent  Additional Degrees or Certificates is a plus.  Certified in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing Strong Knowledge of MS Office, Market trends , Adobe Suite Communication Maintained a CRM and can provide Analysis to the sales team.  Direct & Digital marketing background 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing position Experience in using CRM

Group Internal Auditor

The Role 
Leading Multinational Company AED up to 15,000  NTS Group are working exclusively alongside a leading multinational company to recruit a Group Internal Auditor for the offices based in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Group Internal Audit (HGIA), the role will be tasked with supporting the Head of Internal Audit in the following: • Performing audits across the Group, which include Financial, Operational, IT and HR scope areas • Working with the business to help develop a solid control framework • Supporting the audit function to develop the Group’s Internal Audit methodology  Typical tasks will include:  • Understanding the key business processes within the business units, and Group functions that are being audited • Reviewing key business processes and identifying control gaps and weaknesses.  • Making pragmatic recommendations to senior management to mitigate risks and close control gaps • Ensuring that IA methodology and internal kpis are adhered to. • Collating, checking and analysing spreadsheet data • Examining company accounts and financial control systems • Gauging and reporting levels of financial risk within the Group  • Ensuring accuracy of financial reports and records across the Group • Ensuring that assets are safeguarded across the Group • Identifying weakness in financial processes and making recommendations for improvement • Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements • Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations • Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with 
Requirements 
• Has experience of multinational businesses and emerging markets • Has a broad understanding of financial and non-financial risks and how to audit them • Has demonstrated good written and verbal communication with all levels of employees (especially senior management)  Desirable: • Broad, rounded business experience, rather than a pure auditing background • Has understanding of key accounting/finance concepts  Skills & Educational Qualifications: • Degree educated & Fully Qualified Accountant • Excellent numerical skills • Good analytical skills  • Good organisational skills  • Excellent attention to detail  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines  • Good communications skills (written and verbal)  • Capacity to build relationships within the business • Good understanding of how international businesses are run  • Discreet and trustworthy • Independence of mind, courage, and integrity
